Slimy customer service agent "Dana" deleted my critical review in a disingenuous, insulting way. I asked them to take down or let me modify an old review, they ignored my email for about a month and then deleted my new review while shamelessly pretending that's what I wanted.

My review discussed how a pipe I bought from them chipped and like a lot of small businesses, they use Shopify as an e-commerce platform which is a BDS concern because Shopify's leadership essentially cheerleaded for ethnic cleansing.

The only reason I’m reviewing is because you guys pride yourselves in being science backed and this situation scared me a bit. Someone gave me a little hitter and as I was smoking it, I noticed that the tip was becoming deformed. It wasn’t originally when I started. I started looking into it and apparently glass cannot melt under the heat of a standard lighter. It must reach over 1,000 degrees to do so. The glass used by this company is claimed to be borosilicate glass. It can’t possibly be. There is no sleeve on this. And the product is melting and deforming in my hand. I don’t know what I’ve been inhaling but it’s not only MJ. This could possibly be a major health risk for a lot of people. There’s no telling because we are not warned prior to using the products. We are told they are made of something and we take it for face value. Because legally, everyone is held to a certain standard. Morally, you guys should be held to a standard of care. If anyone wants to reach out and explain what’s happening please do. I’ll probably be fine because I stopped when I realized but anyone not paying attention could be at risk. And no one needs whatever the material is melting into their skin when they touch it.

In spite of the FAQ Customer Service simply never responds to emails or selectively responds. They may even be refusing to respond to emails with ethnic names in them as I have.

I ordered a replacement part. I did not arrive. Good luck with "customer support" - they do not respond.

They shipped it right to my address no problem. I love it it's pink and turns purple when you smoke. I love grav.

If I could give Grav 0 stars I would. I ordered a small glass piece and it never arrived. They use DHL, which is notorious for drivers stealing packages. I contacted them because it was never delivered. No response, no one responds via email and their 1-800 number says it’s busy and to email. I finally had to go through my bank.

This company is at the very bottom of customer service. A repeat customer, I made a mistake on an order, and followed the instructions on the site, which, of course, has no phone #. My message admitted that the wrong size ordered was my fault, and asked about an exchange. I got an email auto reply, that they would be in touch within 48 hours, "unless it was a holiday or weekend". That was 5/5, and now it's 5/11, and these losers still haven't replied. They're products are also all chinese produced...maybe they figure you'll smoke some chinese fentanyl, and die before your report that they don't respond to customers.

It was a great experience they made shopping easy and my package arrived very quickly even though it was around the holidays thank you for the amazing experience
