The whole point of recurring shipments…
The whole point of recurring shipments is to provide the customer with a product in a timely manner with no lapse in said product. Auto draft on 3/15 and it is 4/1 and still hasn't shipped. This would only be my third shipment -- the first two were timely. Contacted support and they did offer a 10% discount and stated would be shipping shortly. Two weeks later and nada. So cancelling completely as have purchased another product elsewhere.

Although I had delayed shipment, once I received the wine it was delicious, and I received a full refund. That was completely unexpected , I appreciate the company acknowledging the complication and trying so hard to rectify it. I will be ordering wine again. Changed to one of my saved ship to address on order minutes after placing it and took a few weeks to get in touch after I sent two emails and the answer was they changed it for me.
