I enjoy this cheese. Havarti cheese is probably my favorite, but I also like the variety. I could not eat cheese or at least not much of it before I tried this farm's cheese. This is the winner for me. I take a slice every morning before a do a mile and half swim at the YMCA each week day. I'm hungry by the time I get home but I am at the Y for about three hours - from start to end. Thanks for providing this product.

The quality was good , but unfortunately it didn’t taste anything like Harvarti cheese.

The Harvarti cheese is excellent. Although it is pretty pricey the taste, texture and melt-ability were great.

This is about the best raw cheese I’ve ever tried for snacking on. And the fact that it comes from grass fed cows is a plus.
