US Wellness Meats’ pork producers have rolled the clock back 30 years for pork genetics that yield an abundance of natural flavor without the need for modern additives for weight and flavor. US Wellness Meats thinks you will agree that the flavor is hard to beat.
Each package contains 2 (6 ounce) Fresh Cut Pork Chops. The package averages 12 ounces.
Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics.
US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc. Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

We love these pork chops. I rub organic olive oil, organic, black pepper, Himalayan salt, organic garlic & organic onion powder unto the pork chops and place them in a cast iron pot at 265 degrees for 5-6 hours. The end result is juicy, tender, tasty pork chops. Our favorites!

Great flavor and size. Perfect for a light dinner with enough protein to satisfy. Flavor is good…mild for pork. Our only complaint is that sometimes the 2 ribs in the package are completely different thicknesses, ie 1 extra thick and 1 very thin. This makes hard to cook and to serve 2 people equally. This happens about 50% of the time. The other 50% the 2 chops are relatively the same thickness which is great.
