These ribs were the best! They made our old family recipe come to life. Cooked them over stewed tomatoes, sauerkraut and onions in the oven. They were tender and so tasty!

I don’t purchase boned beef ribs anymore. These boneless ribs are tender and melt in your mouth delicious. I smoke these ribs at least 6-7 hrs and wrap them in foil with beef broth at the third hour and then I put smoked bourbon sweet sauce over an open texas charcaol grill. 5 star dinner is what I relate them to.
