Very tough and dry even though proper cooking and long term marinating.

Good quality and great tasting product. Threw it in the crockpot and smothered it with onions. Delicious.

I bought 2 tri tip , 1 turned out so good but another was bad cook the same time , same temperature. Super chewy .
Liked that it was great and small in particular. The packaging arrived in perfect condition. I knew this is a professional organization.
This tri-tip turned out wonderfully. This is my first purchase of this cut of beef. So I did a little research and decided to cook it at 300° for an hour 10 minutes and it turned out perfectly. I added my own marinade which is balsamic vinaigrette, salt, pepper, rosemary, fresh garlic, and a little bit of sugar just so I could get a good crust And it was delicious with a few yellow sweet onions, cut thinly
Awesome tritip, fast shipping, always arrives frozen solid.
All your products have been what I expected. Well worth the cost.

Excellent quality and flavor Can’t find this cut on East coast too often - Made in the instant pot -came out perfectly tender and delicious!
Excellent cut of meat and is one of our favorites.
