The steak was very tough and hard to chew. The flavor was good. I will not purchase again. No photos needed. I even tried to tenderize the second steak, it was tougher than the first. 😔

They were tough cooked different ways (I bought 4 packages) all of them tough First time it happens with your meat
Way to thick and not tenderized.
The minute steaks were very tough and not cut to uniform sizes.
I order 4 packs of the beef minute steak. They had no flavor to them I had to feed them to my dog who is happy to eat any meat.
So far one of the packages wasn’t sealed or had a puncture in it because it leaked all over the counter. Also the meat is chewy. I have tried several ways of preparing and cooking and still is chewy

excellent beef. wish I had more money or a better way to buy this in larger quantities.
These are small but not ….too small, they are just fine for sandwiches or with eggs. These steaks are very tender and full of flavor as well. We order them often because of that!
I love these especially when pressed for time.

This cut is tough and needs to be tenderized
Very pleased...
Do not let my 3 star rating dissuade you from buying these. If you are good at cooking lean cuts of red meat, you'll probably know how to make these delicious. I just haven't figured it out yet, and will change this rating if I do. To be honest, the point of the 3 star rating, is to warn other amateur cooks that this is not as easy/forgiving as ribeye or sirloin. I'm sure this meat is just as high quality as everything else on this website. I probably just haven't figured out the right way to cook them. Pretty much every time, they come out tough. Don't know if I should be marinating or tenderizing, or maybe I just need a different cooking method.
These steaks are somewhat tough no matter how I cook them. I prefer the sandwich steaks.
These are a perfect "go-to" for us as carnivores. Just nice lean cuts that are cost effective. Perfect for lunches, quick dinners or even with eggs for breakfast. My only issue is that when I was getting these last year, each steak was about 6 oz. For the past 4-5 months the total weight of the package is still 24 oz, but there is usually one huge steak (8-10oz) then a few small and mediums. Otherwise still a great quality of meat for the cost.
