Love that it tastes wonderful and I'm getting organ meats. I like to cook a ribeye and when it's resting covered for 5 minutes after, I take two slices of the liverwurst and with each bit, I add a little bit of the slightly warmed liverwurst. Wonderful rich flavor!

This was part of a larger package I ordered ( I bought two 1 pound of the liverwurst) . Sequined just fine ! I sliced one of the packages into manageable serving size ‘discs’ after thawing and used one and put rest back into freezer . The taste is what I expect out of a liverwurst -Love it w/ mayo on sourdough bread ! I would buy that again maybe .

I always loved liverwurst as a child. I was so excited to find some with clean, quality ingredients. The texture is slightly different but otherwise it’s the same taste as I remember as a child.
