Tastes good. Worth a try.
This is my first experience with grass fed brisket. This beef is not as fatty as Costco cuts or a supermarket version, so cooking it is a little different. I would suggest sealing it in a baking dish with 2 cups of bone broth or your favorite liquid. Oven baking on low heat (250° F) til temp reaches 190°-ish then rest. I was expecting a game-y flavor but there was none--It is delicious! It has a very substantial flavor profile that is new to me. I would definitely recommend :)
This is a Brisket flat. The title of the product combined with the photo is misleading. You have to click onto the about this product in order to find out it's a brisket flat. I didn't want a flat, I wanted the large brisket in the photo. The brisket points on the site are properly titled as such. It was still pretty good, as I love brisket. But was disappointed as it's not really what I wanted.

Had to cut it up to cook it in my slow cooker, but when it was done it was excellent.

I made this brisket for my husband's birthday. I used my LeCreuset Dutch oven and a recipe that I have had for years that includes liquid smoke, Worcestershire, garlic and onion powders, celery salt, sea salt, black pepper. Instead of wrapping in heavy foil as in the past, to avoid any aluminum exposure I used the Dutch oven. Cooked on 250 F for about 5 1/2 hours. It was delicious.

Outstanding in every way, we smoked it on the Traeger. Thank you for the quality and outstanding customer service.
This isn't a large or whole brisket. It's the flat portion of the brisket. It was butchered horribly (fat was to thin and pockets were carved out of the fat leaving many areas to dry out).
The quality of the meat was exceptional, however I rated it 3/5 because it way more lean than I would have liked. For the money, you're getting a lot of protein that tastes great and cooks well, but look elsewhere if you want a fattier brisket.
