Honest, helpful and constructive

I had used grapple law throughout my employment legalities with my ex employer and I must say it’s the most fantastic service I have had the pleasure of using. Times like these are stressful, but with astonishing knowledge and support it has been easy to manage and alot better than I would’ve ever expected when I was first dismissed. Anyone who needs employment law or legal or advice - grapple is the one to use! Super happy

I have great experience with the Grapple Law, I am working at the moment as Litigant in Person. I am able to put all my questions there and I get answers instatatneously. I dont this even if I intruct a barrister or solicitor, I dont think I will be able to ask so many questions and I dont think I will get this much help. Becaue there it is every thing calculated on the hourly basis. I am spending too much time on grapple almost at no price. This is my overall assessement of grapple law. It was really helpful

What an incredible service, I don't know where I would be without Grapple law. Grapple law has guided me through the complexities of my case with my employer superbly and taken all the stress out of it. You can use this service whenever you want as it is at your finger tips 24/7,you obviously wouldn't get this level service with a "traditional" lawyer. I dread to think how much my fees would be by now ,all this for £50 a month, it's for nothing .I honestly feel ,that finally through the guidance of Grapple law I will get justice for the disgusting way my employer has treated me over the last 2 years ,thank you Grapple law

Considering this is a free resource, the advice is clear and grounded - I really appreciate it and it has helped me better understand my situation and how to move forward. I would probably still want to speak with a real life solicitor before doing anything, but Grapple has a sister company to cover that.

Deeply concerning- repeated errors for damaging legal advice- despite being corrected. Colloquial inappropriate drafting of correspondence. Resulting in a loss of trust legal AI exacerbating existing stress. Very disappointing output in what I'd hope would have been a useful and helpful initiative

Fast, straight forward advice and great responses

I have been shown failings of a previous legal representative, as well as a former employer with action being taken.
Advice has been great, easy to understand and not made to feel like a fool for asking basic questions.
