Had a Grant high efficiency condensing boiler installed. Very pleased with the result.

I phoned their technical helpline and when I quoted what I thought was the serial number,the individual on the line said" means nothing to me" Extremely rude and very unhelpful.

Dean and michael were fantastic! They came to fix a recurring problem with my grant oil boiler and assessed the issues thoroughly, ordered replacement parts efficiently, and then performed a comprehensive repair. Their technical knowledge of the boiler was excellent. They went above and beyond to do a great job on the boiler, and also to fit a new thermostat, which was beyond their remit. Thanks so much!

So far so good! Had a grant outside boiler installed a few weeks ago - can already notice the difference with the warmth in the house. And having the boiler outside frees up so much space in our utility!

had an aerona 3 installed which has afault and hasnt worked at all. fault logged with the correct department chased after three days as no contact to arrange visit was told they were busy and that i wasnt the only person and they would be in contact to arrange a date to fix.... still waiting rude and un helpfull id use another brand !!

Installed a 36kwh oil combi boiler around a month ago. Delighted with performance so far - instant hot water and appears very low oil consumption

Mid October, winter approaching and the heating would not come on. I contacted Grant and they commissioned my local heating engineer to come and check the boiler. Spare part sent out immediately and the heating is back on. Throughout, Grant's main focus was to restore the heating. You rarely find customer service like this and its the reason why I have had a Grant boiler for 25 years and will keep buying them in the future.

Boiler wouldn’t work to start with , despite being brand new, however Grant sent out an engineer & was able to get it up & running

After a really poor experience with another company we used with a call out for a heat pump we contacted Grant UK and they sent out their engineer Alex. He came out and assessed the issue and advised that a further visit would be required as parts were needed. Alex came back for the second appointment and as we weren't available we arranged for a family member to be present. Alex resolved the issue and not only that spent time to explain it's functions and other heating elements of the house to the family member to relay to us. He took time to make sure this was understood and was incredibly helpful. A credit to the company. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Quiet boiler, hopefully much more efficient than the very old one it replaced - will find out over the winter!

Installed on a recommendation by several heating installers.
Early days yet to compare to my previous Worcester boiler but I can’t imagine it lasting nearly 30 years like my previous one.

I bought a new grant boiler, within a couple of weeks of installation the boiler went faulty, turns out it had blown a hole in the burner which apparently they do, grant informed my plumber of this, iv been without hot water and heating for nearly two months, they said they sent out new part but all that was received was about a kilo bag of screws, very disappointed as my last one lasted 15 years...
