If I could write a review for Below Zero, that is what it would be. An unauthorized charge was on my account. I was notified immediately and attempted to get it cancelled. I called the 1-800 number listed several times, even left 2 messages; no call back. Within an hour of this erroneous charge, I sent several email messages to CANCEL the entire order. My requests were totally ignored. There is absolutely NO way for me to cancel order. To top it off, NO merchandise was sent. Several days later, they sent an email stating they received my email and would keep $62 of my money they basically stole from me. Be careful when placing orders, for there is NO cancellation and basically no true refund on orders that are not authorized.

I am a regular on FACEBOOK and I saw several ads of the GRANT MONACO automatic watches and since I love automatic watches these were quite appealing to me especially the price point. I decided to purchase 2 watches in different color (Brown & Black) wince the price point was also quite attractive. When I submitted the order I saw a RED FLAG immediately that the origin was not from USA but from China. It took about a month for the products to arrive and when it did I had several issues immediately 1) The watch was not as advertised, it was a Quartz movement 2) The packaging or lack there of, it was delivered with no packaging whatsoever. It was put into a plastic bag and then into the shipping plastic bag. One of the watches was damages and the glass was shattered and I actually got cut trying to remove all the broken glass pieces from the bag. I contacted customer support and they were insistent that they will look into the matter and get back to me, 2 week passes with no update. I decided to inquire and they indicated that they are still investigating the matter and please be patient. Another 2 weeks pass and still no update so I send them an inquiry on the update of my order and the issues I raised, they respond that they will issue a full refund. I wait another 2 weeks and I have not seen any activity in my account of any refund so I then inquire with customer support once again on the refund and they responded saying it needs approval. Seriously?!? I sent them photo evidence that the item was severely damaged in transport and the lack of protective packaging in my first email and I reminded them of that fact. Their response was to be patient once more which at this point I have run out of since I have been more than patient and understanding but it comes to a point when you know you are getting the run around. I sent them a 5th email at this point telling them I am going to write as much BAD reviews telling them they are a bunch of scammers and their products are all garbage, I instantly receive an email response that they are sending me a full refund and to be patient once more which at this point I don't believe them since I have heard this story and I know I am getting the runaround. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .... BUYER BEWARE !!!!! Once they have your money they will do everything possible to avoid paying you back and since they are based in CHINA there is little that the authorities can do to enforce this company to refund your money. Also there is a 30 day money guarantee on their webpage which at this point is pretty much a false statement.

I am sick and tired of overseas companies that state that they have US based office and company. They state that the product will be shipped from the US and once you purchase it you find out it's shipping from china. They give you two tracking from two different companies and one just shows that it's been shipped and the other one is where you can find out where it's actually shipping from. This is another one of the scams. They state they are in Elizabeth,New Jersey and they are not.its a front. My tracking shows that it's shipping from china. I would not have ordered these glasses. They said it would ship immediately and the tracking is stuck in transit. How do I cancel this order? I am so sick of the scams and why America allows them to do this I don't know. Every single advertisement on Instagram or on Google shows great product and when you get it, it's not what you ordered and then you can never return it because it cost you more money to return the product then what you paid for. I'm hoping trust pilot or somebody can stop these companies. It's getting ridiculous. I have no idea where my sunglasses are and when it will be delivered, if it at all delivers. They even have my American Express credit card giving them a refund as soon as it delivers even if the product is not good or it takes them 3 months to deliver. What a scam and why is no one doing anything about this? How is a customer supposed to know of a company is a legit US company anymore. Please help!!!

Ordered glasses with the Shop app a month ago, have still not received it and customer service seems nonexistent :(

I ordered a set of shoes from their website that guaranteed a return policy when purchasing. The shoes arrived about 3 weeks after I placed the order. The shoes do not match what I purchased and are too large and need to be returned. I have reached out to them twice on their portal and tried calling them as well. I have yet to receive a response and am being ghosted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS! horrible experience and total wast of money.

I purchased two pairs of men’s shoes. The company claims that they’re leather, but they are not leather. They are definitely plastic, so it’s false advertising.
Spent almost $200 dollars on two pairs worth no more than $50 for both
