I saw a Pegasus Rimini se for sell when I myself and my partner we were on holiday at the time spoke to a salesman he got the key so we can look inside it was a tip the seats were dirty dusty everywhere food crumbs everywhere shower absolutely filter. The toilet look like it had been used. It had not been cleaned inside the bowl the whole thing was not picked to be presented to perspective buyers. Myself and my partner went away. We talked about it. Went back and spoke to the same salesman he promised that van will be spick and span from top to bottom inside and out so we put a deposit down of £1,000. But we did not know this was non-returnable. There was no cooling off period Just in case you decided not to have it. Anyway, myself or my partner finished our holiday went home. few weeks later myself and my partner took my caravan which I was exchanging by the way to pick up the new van either they had to change the motor mover from my van to the new van. So on the 18th of July we went back up to Grantham from Sussex on the south coast to pick up the new van. Wow! We looked inside new van it was exactly the same state when we saw it a few weeks before he had not been cleaned inside.so you can imagine want going through my mind what,s going on here no salesman to talk to but spoke to a young person he got a hoover and tried to make it more presentable,the shower was just the same.would I buy from them again no way ever and I would tell no one to go to buy from them.Got van home after a 375 mile journey home on the Saturday 18th July.Sunday we got in the van and started to clean the van my neighbour took the carpets to his house and cleaned them he said he used three bottles of detergent just to clean them.Sent all day cleaning the caravan to a standard but not perfect.Sent a email to the dealer but holding not much hope for a reply just sum it up Grantham caravans you should be shamed of yourselves.

Re writing my review my partner bought a motorhome from yourself and we have had nothing from problem to problem first the air con went 2nd had a leak from the sink in the bathroom third the door isn’t sitting well third no ignition start for the cooker and fourth the fridge is playing up. My partner has been promised he will get a call from the technician which never happened. Botched job service. We have had the motorhome 11 days and just getting fobbed off. Plus the mileage should be 0 miles and it already had mileage. We will be in touch.

I ordered a part online for my caravan, which was easy and straightforward, and was amazed it was arriving the very next day. Well done Grantham caravans 5 star service

I waited a month for the truma inlet, to find out i had cancelled it,so back on the Internet and found Grantham's so i found the part again and order it, again and wow what service, they kept me informed all the way and best of all it took 12 hours to receive the part ,Grantham's is now top of my list for caravan parts thank you for your speedy service. Great service,placed an order with Grantham's which arrived quite quickly, unfortunately there was a mix up and I received the wrong item, a chat with Amanda soon sorted the problem for me ,as it happened I decided to keep the wrong item as I can use itso saved sending it back ,Amanda was great and after sorting prices ect I received what I wanted next day ,as far as I'm concerned I would highly recommend this company their customer service is first class thanks to everyone for your help I know where to come when I next need something

Two stars given only because items that were received were in exceptional condition. Stars lost because of extremely poor communication. We ordered an awning returned by a customer owing to wrong size for their caravan. Awning arrived in condition as advertised however crucial parts were missing making it impossible to use. Contacted Granthams immediately to report missing items and I was asked to email photos of what was received. I did this immediately along with a list of items received and items missing. I received no response and was telephoning daily, sometimes more than once, and although promised never received a call back. Eventually I emailed the MD and said that I was going to cancel the order and I wanted a full refund. I never received a response from him either, not even an apology. This was now entering the 6th day since receipt.I did however receive a call from Joe who advised me that I would receive the missing items direct from Camptech, which did actually happen 48 hours later.
I will never use Granthams again, not because of the standard of the goods received but because of the extremely poor communication

Good experience from ordering to delivery. Product was as expected and it was delivered within the timeframe.

Excellent service with speedy delivery.

We bought a motorhome from Granthams at last years summer show and from paying the deposit to eventually selling it back to them at a loss 11 months later, we had nothing but hassle and stress from day one. The sales person gave false information. The vehicle had to be returned several times for numerous problems under warranty and spent more time at Granthams than with us. Eventually we were given a date to pick it up and on arriving there found they weren't expecting us and none of the work had been carried out!! Our overall experience with Granhams has been a complete nightmare from start to finish and I would urge anybody thinking of getting a motorhome Avoid Granthams!!!!

I think Grantham's are terrific.
Good products, decent prices and fast delivery.
One product I ordered was out of stock, but I was given an expected delivery shipping date. In fact, the item arrived well before the expected shipping date. I wish all dealers were as good as Grantham's.

When I ordered my polarary air con I was told it would be early July and on the 9th it turned up as hopefully expected. I’m absolutely thrilled as we away the following week with 4 dogs. I texted Mitch with a quiry about are brackets included and the response was within 15 minutes. Well done Granthams, you have come through yet again 😁😁😁😁 happy campers yet again.

Grantham's provided an excellent service by helping me identify the correct replacement light for my motorhome and than fulfilling my order with no drama.

Order process simply , a little slow to update order progression.

When they did confirm, they stated it would be sent by parcelforce 24 hr delivery service . That's where these companies just don't then take any ownership , it's gone not my responsibility now !
I guess me sitting at home awaiting delivery didn't matter to them not Royal Mail .
Now if this was a £20 order you take the chance and if it's left with no one home then you take the chance , but an order of this size and cost I wanted to be home , didn't want this sitting around outside my door for people to see .

Guess what it didn't arrive, contacted company who just didn't give a damn , they just said we do state 3-5 working days . You're missing the point , if you intend to deliver in 3-5 working days then fine tell me , set up the courier and let me track it , knowing its gonna be 3-5 working days.

You didn't , you pay for 24hr delivery service , tell me the CUSTOMER (being the clue here) that you've sent it on that specific 24hr delivery service and it will be with you tomorrow, provide the tracking details, but then it doesn't arrive !!!

I messaged Grantham's both live chat & WhatsApp , they didn't want to know , rubbish customer service , rubbish arrogant company , would never use again.
I can just imagine there response to this , it will either be none or some waffle stating standard terms , oh we are sorry bla bla bla . Save it . Take it on the chin and do something about it.
