Have shopped at Granthams many times and found everything is of great value and quality and the staff so helpful.

Always good customer service, delivery very quick

Firstly their prices were the cheapest available and had a price guarantee.
Secondly they were clear about the ordering process and the longer time scale for delivery.
I was notified in advance the actual delivery day and it arrived on schedule securely packaged and wrapped.
Excellent service I would certainly use them again.

This is our second year of serving our caravan with Granthams. Once again Sheila in the service was both welcoming and helpful when we arrived with our van. . We were kept well informed regarding the progress of the work on our caravan and also when it was ready for collection. We would highly recommend Grantham ‘s for your caravan service.

Fast delivery and at a competitive price. Might have given us warning of the delivery as no communication from placing the order until after it had arrived.

We ordered on Thursday and it arrived on Monday fantastic service and corespondent great company.

I was searching for lightweight awning and found Sunncamp air260 competitively priced on Granthams.
Ordered and got additional 5% discount!
Goods arrived within 48hrs. Couldn’t ask for more!!

We went to Grantham caravans open day Saturday 5th September 26 and have to say how disappointed we were in the their service. We arrived and there were loads of staff around and not one said good afternoon or welcome. We went their to PX our caravan for the 27 season and was left wondering in and out of the caravans with no sight of a sales person. Then I asked a member of staff where the drinks were as it was a open day and expected that there would be some complimentary drinks. He said " sorry we don't have any but l can try and get you a glass of water". He came back with a glass of water and walked away. I will say that we went into the awning section and Joe was an absolute professional he greeted us with a smile and when l told him about the drinks he was confused as they had set up cold drinks and coffee for customers if wanted.

I'm writing this review to give customer feedback and secondly to say that I will never go back into this establishment again. They were totally unprofessional and made me and my wife feel that we were second-class citizens that could not afford a caravan. I will be spending £40,000 elsewhere.

What I wanted was in stock ( stickers for cover screws )
Only problem is the postage cost of nearly £6 to post 20 dot stickers.
Seems a money making racket to me and just a means of profiteering.
Postage should be per item cost they send.
