Absolutely thrilled with my worktops

Absolutely thrilled with my worktops, Lee the fitter was excellent and very polite. Wendy in the office kept me updated throughout every stage. Highly recommend.

Great product but poor customer care

The actual quality of the work tops are excellent. But I had issues with the fitting.
The fitter firstly reversed his van into my step and didn’t tell me. Obviously, thinking I wouldn’t notice! I have CCTV so when confronted he did admit the damage.
Two of my walls have been marked in quite a few places. Whilst I did expect a few scuffs the product is sold as no decoration required afterwards.
My house is brand new and there were no existing marks
One of my kitchen drawers didn’t shut properly either this turned out to be dust on the runners
I don’t feel there was enough attention to the surroundings the fitter was working in. I appreciate it is a job but you are in someone’s home.

The fitter has paid for my step to be fixed but I feel like I have been made a mockery of when complaining nicely about the marks on my wall.
No one took responsibility for my complaint and the firm in leeds seem to be passing it back and forwards to an angry fitter. He obviously doesn’t want to take responsibility for what’s happened and neither do the firm

Sadly, not a great experience.
