Grandy's Camera Recenzje 

I ordered my camera through Grandy's Camera's site and when I followed up with delivery dates I was told they had an issue their warehouse, but it would be resolved within a day. Grandy's Camera knew this when I had ordered on line but they still took my money!

2 weeks later my camera was delivered and it was delivered after I had left for holiday.

Communication was prompt. The item purchased at a better price against competitors was picked up at a collection point in great condition. Would definitely recommend and will certainly buy other items in the future.

I ordered a camera and for a week when I'm asking when I will receive it all they keep saying next week they have have the order for a week and nothing has happened this company is so bad they won't give me a number and they won't call me very dodgy

I have been on the Grandys chat for over a week trying to return a faulty camera which is less than 6 months old. They have a return policy which is a complete fallacy. They have fobbed me off each time I have gone on their chat, have not replied to my emails requesting a return label which their website promises. If I could give a negative review they would deserve it!
Each chat finished with we will send a label, please be patient. Or it will be with you by a specific time. Nothing received.
I can not believe anything they write due to nothing they have said coming true.
Why treat a genuine customer like that??
I would be happy to resolve this with Grandys, but I dont think they care about low reviews.
Usually their chat reads messages quickly. Since being promised a deadline, they are not reading my messages, I suspect I have been blacklisted.
I could go on, and put all the chat on here to prove this is the case, but I dont think it would make any difference.

Product arrived well packed.
Delivery just seemed to take a while.

Slightly nervous when ordering a Canon RF lens over £40 cheaper than preowned on Ebay, but apart from some issues with their tracking system everything was fine and brand new lens arrived in perfect condition only a couple of days over the 5-7 business days they quote. Not bad coming from Hong Kong.

The item was as described, and was a great price. I knew the item would be coming from HK and would take a little longer than if being shipped from within the UK, and that's fine. I do feel that there could be better updates on shipping progress, which is why I was unable to give 5 stars.

The order was promptly dealt with and came in the time forecast and kept up to date about delivery.

Easy to deal with, kept me informed at each stage

Was searching for an EOS250d Canon camera and this deal was more than 400 pounds cheaper than the main Canon store. I thought surely this must be a scam or trick? It was being shipped from Hong Kong to the UK which made me a bit more suspicious, because my order was delayed because their "warehouse was relocating", so it did take an extra 10 day delay, which did make me a bit impatient. However, arrived new, undamaged, shipped by FedEx, was delivered within 3 days of the label created, with good updates from their end which I guess makes me a happy customer. The live chat service is a bit dodgy, but oh well, the email communication was better I found.

TO NOTE: The cameras are effectively grey import cameras, which means they will not have a warranty from the manufacturer

Kept me informed as to when camera would arrive . The camera was delivered one day earlier so that was good. Other company’s advertised the camera cheaper but when it came to the crunch the had none in stock.

Although I was a little unsure whether to purchase from Grandy or not, I got some confidence with the speed and clarity that they answered any questions I had and so I purchased. I have to say the process was better than many companies in the UK and my order arrived within the timeline they specified and was delivered by FedEx well packaged and exactly as ordered. Would I have any hesitation in using them again? Certainly not, I will use them again as the process and the money I saved makes it a no brainier.
