My trip to the Red Bull Ring was absolutely perfect. Everything went as it should , from flights to airport pick up and drop off , the hotel and the transfers to and from the track. The only delays were nothng to do with GPGT, as they were down to the police/roadworks/accidents on the way back after the race. I had an amazing time and would highly reccomend GPGT to anyon.

Having booked a trip though Luke many months ago to Hungary for the Moto GP when it came round to go we can have nothing but praise, flights were good, pick up to and from the airport spot on and helpful advice about Budapest the coach was alway at the hotel early the guide spoke perfect English nothing to much trouble good hotel centrally located. They made everything so easy I certainly won’t both to try and do it our selves we will use them again. You also get to meet a great bunch of fellow fans.

i would have given 5 star as organisation, hotel, guides, quality of buses, the Austrian GP one of best i have been to except for the length of transfers to and from the track. Up to 4 hrs due to delays being let out of bus parking, road works, accidents etc. no fault of GPGT except I would suggest you organise accommodation closer to track . We were barely in our hotel rooms.

Great trip, lovely hotel, just disappointed that the coaches were held back for so long which left us on the coach for 5 hours without a stop. On return to the hotel to find no food available to us other than a bowl of peanuts was really frustrating as we were extremely tired & hungry. After paying almost €6,000 I would have expected a better understanding of our situation.

What a great experience and a big thanks to Luke for guiding me through the whole weekend. Great hotel with lovely food, great location with a lot to do in the area. Would highly recommend going through Grand April Grand tours.

Whole weekend was a breeze GPGT know how to look after you ...no worries no stress didn't need too ...itinerary was handled and planned very well 5*
Lewis brought it home on the day 1st win in a Ferrari and many more to come

Fantastically organised trip from start to finish. All the information we needed was clear and concise and sent out at the perfect time before our trips. On the weekend event, the transfers were immaculately clean and of a very high standard.
Couldn’t fault any of this trip. Hoping to book another one soon .

Couldn’t fault it, everything we were told upon booking they delivered to high standard and made contact throughout the process even after we got home they made contact to make sure everything went well.

Any questions we had we contacted Luke and he replied within minutes, Luke made sure everything was taken care of and we’ll be sure to contact him again for the next race weekend which is already being planned!

The whole organisation was perfect from start to finish and well put together.
The detail of arranging Ubers to collect us from the Airport and then the return trip back worked like clockwork.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! So organised, didn’t need to worry about a thing, everything went smoothly from The flights, uber pick up/drop offs, hotels, coaches and the GP weekend!! Big fans for years, First time going to a race and were hooked we always thought it must be better seeing it all in the comfort of your home but we were soooo wrong, what a buzz, we met some amazing people within the group too! On a plus side it made it even better when Hamilton won!! Thank you for such an awesome week!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Overall very good. Impressed with the organisation pre and during the trip. Lovely hotel, great transfers to and from hotel to the circuit, great seats. Would definitely use GPGT again and recommend them to our friends.

The pick up at the airport by Uber failed, as there was no precise location from where we would be picked up; the taxi pull in area is so long that despite us waiting in the middle, the driver drove past us. Despite sending a message that I saw him and said wait, by the time my son and I ran down the pavement, he pulled out and sent a text, 'pick up cancelled'. We therefore had to take a cab from the rank at the cost of 35 Euros. You ought to get my 35 Euros back from Uber and refund me as they've been paid for nothing! Seating position at the track was excellent as was the transport to the circuit and back. Hotel was OK but would not consider it 5*, 4* is more like it, room was ok but small window and looking over the back. The welcome drink, I expected to be attended by a representative from GPGT but not so, just a voucher to get a free drink at the bar. You should attend and thereby get buy in from customers, you're missing an important opportunity for future business. Overall my son and I got what we came for, a good seat and excellent racing which we would do again but the initial problem at the airport was very frustrating.

First time using the company and I would use again. The below are not criticisms as such but awareness for the service provided. I found the information for the Uber on arrival was weak. I had to ring the UK office and was told it was on the email instructions but I didn't think this was clear. Our first Uber cancelled and we were able to communicate via text with the second. The instructions potentially relate to leaving via a different exit?
It wasn't a problem for us and I appreciate this is no fault of the company but the distance from the coach to the gate was around half a mile with rocky and uphill terrain in parts. People with mobility or health issues may struggle and I don't recall this being mentioned anywhere?
All in all it was a really positive experience and would definitely try a different venue.

Excellent trip, can’t fault anything from the booking time to our departure.

The organisation was top notch from the collection at the airport, transfers to the circuit and the grandstand tickets were second to none, right opposite the McLaren pits and podium views 👌

Excellent hotel in the best location. Grandstand seats were spot on. Definitely using GPGT again!

Two comments only:
1 the coach waits for an hour to collect people when we go back to the hotel; it opens half an hour after the race and you can easily access the coach in that half hour; would be much nicer when the coach waits than for max another half hour in stead of a full extra hour; people who want to drink beer have enough time during the day. ;-) most other coaches leave much faster than GPGT-busses.
2 if you don't go with the coach in the morning you have no clue where it is when you go back in the afternoon; would be very easy to send everybody both days the location where the coach leaves after the race.

The overall organisation was well done, accommodation, track transfers, seats etc were all extremely good. The only negative for me was the use of Uber rather than a conventional airport transfer. Having not been to Barcelona airport before, struggling to find the Uber pick up point rather than being met by a man with a name board was a bit of a let down. Minor point but slightly irksome.

The customer service we received from GPGT from the first point of contact to the last has been exceptional. Having been in the service industry for the majority of my working life it was like a breath of fresh air compared to so many others companies that fall short. The logistics were superb we had no worries or complaints throughout the whole trip, feedback to emails Texts etc was quick and precise so alleviating any worries. The icing on the cake was Lewis winning which was amazing to experience along with other fellow supporters. All in all the whole weekend was absolutely fantastic. So on behalf of my wife and I we would like to thank the whole GTGP team and look forward to many more F1 trips with yourselves.
