Two pairs of trousers
I recently purchased two pairs of flannel trousers from Grand Le Mar and have been genuinely impressed. The quality is impeccable and the detailing stands out in ways I rarely see elsewhere. The knee construction in particular is exceptional. The kneepads are lined with a silk layer that prevents any shaking or distortion, which is a thoughtful touch I haven’t seen from other brands.
Their pieces feel timeless and built to last, with a level of craftsmanship that shows in every stitch. These trousers have set a new benchmark for me in terms of quality and finish. Highly recommended.

Order placed on December 10, never arrived. After weeks of pressing, I received a full refund on 19/01/2026. Customer service is below all standards; no one at Grand Le Mar has any sense of customer relations.

We would like to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, your shipment encountered a delivery issue with DHL/Bpost, which was beyond our immediate control. From the moment the delay was identified, we closely monitored the situation and kept you informed as best we could.
To resolve the matter in a fair and satisfactory way, we offered several options as gestures of goodwill:
A custom-made coat, made to your measurements and specifications, at no additional cost a product with a retail value of €999;
A custom-made suit, also at no extra cost; or
A full refund of €549, should you prefer not to proceed with a replacement.
We respect your decision to request a refund, which was promptly processed once confirmed. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and the time this situation required on your part, and we appreciate your patience and understanding throughout.
At Grand Lè Mar, we are committed to ensuring a high standard of service and customer care. Your feedback helps us continue improving and ensures that future experiences are smoother and more seamless for all our customers.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding your return, as transparency is very important to us. According to our records, the return was not registered through our return portal, and our official return label was not used. As outlined in our FAQ, returns must be registered in advance so we can issue the correct label and track the shipment properly.
Unfortunately, we did not receive any proof of delivery showing that the parcel was delivered to our warehouse and signed for by us. Without this documentation, we are unable to confirm receipt of the returned item.
Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we still issued you a store credit for an item that we never physically received. This was done to resolve the matter as fairly as possible on our end.
We regret that this situation has been frustrating and are sorry that it led to a negative experience. We always strive to assist our customers with care and clarity, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain our side publicly.
