Look at the reviews they speak for themselves, honestly if you are ever lucky enough to win a decent amount they will use every excuse under the sun to not payout even going as far as to tell you that your bank is rejecting the withdrawal. I have so many transcripts and emails as evidence of the lies. DONT TRUST THIS SITE!

they have stolen my money. withdrawal has failed is what they are saying. never happened in any other online casino. i will be taking them to court . RIDICULOUS

After joining and winning £850 I then read reviews leaving be a bit worried as some have had issues with withdrawals ! I made one on the Sunday and buy Monday afternoon it was in my account with no issues at so for me so far everything about this casino is great had no issues what so ever:)

I have requested my withdrawal to be made.
They will not pay me until i come up with bank statements proving i can afford to gamble and verify my account.
Even though they have had my drivers license and proof of my debit card sent to them.
Do Not have anything to do with these people look at the other reviews,stay well clear of the grand ivy casino...very bad experience

Absolutely horrendous site taking well to long to return your winnings if you actually do win because the chances of you winning anything are slim to none do not listen to these people giving them five stars saying they win thousands bunch of thieves and they probably work for the site putting five star on reviews to get a bonus on there site I deposited 100 pound won 300 and and lost 200 didn't even get a bonus win any scatter prizes or anything so just withdraw the 100 pound I'm going to wait for it to go in bank and then close the account absolutely no way would I recommend this site to anyone honestly AVOID THI SITE absolutely rob you blind disgusting site

took me 9 days, 4 live chats, and 2 escalations, eventually leading to a formal complaint procedure to get £40 out of the account, which I had deposited. Good luck getting anything you win out of this site.

Opened account, deposited and won £5000. Withdrawal processed within 24 hours. So far so good. Then, deposited a total of £5000, won £9000. Then was quite rightly asked for documents to verify account. Sent them off immediately, and then the delay started. Firstly, they LOCKED my account, so I couldn't check any details at all, including the status of my significant withdrawal. Eventually after nearly four weeks, with Live Chat and support not being helpful, I had to check their UK licence.
It's fine, they are part of White Hat Entertainment, but I was being put off with unhelpful responses from support.
My withdrawal took weeks to be processed, my account was locked throughout, it really spooked me, so I'm leaving them alone from now on.
I'd suggest there are better experiences available from other operators, I actually worried for a while that I'd been scammed.
To be clear, I hadn't, but I definitely won't be back.

Stay clear, i have no deposit or time limits set, the casino sends a pop up in the middle of play about time limits and kicks you from the site leaving you with no way to continue play and the only way to get your money - balance is through contacting chat, this has happened on a fair few occasssions and always seems to be kicked when im winning, coincidence maybe

I deposited my money and they put a restriction to access my account and not allowing me to take my money back. Avoid at all cost as this is a big scam. Disappointed 😥

I joined here 2 days ago, deposited £20 and won £115. I withdrew £80 and contacted support who said could be upto 24-48hrs to review it. Contacted them at 36 hrs after reading some of the bad reviews and I have just received my money in my bank account. I will now be playing more.

I was sceptical having seen a lot of the comments however I had a great experience and won a lot of money. They paid out quickly once it was processed, although it did take a week to verify everything as a new player. That's okay though and live chat and correspondence on email was brilliant. Btw, I don't work for them a genuine player!

Been with them for years but will not use them anymore deposited money,withdraw only £75 on the 24th February and still isn't in my account reason they say because my old bank card on there and they told me I can't remove it so really if I deposited it should automatically go in the card I deposited with, live chat useless say be patient can take 72 hours its been 12 days still no reply from account team so I would afford site other sites it's in within an hour

2nd review **Update** upgraded to 5 stars as money was processed yesterday afternoon (well within the 48 hours) and it hit my account by 5:50am today - whole process from start to finish has been great! Thanks guys 100% recommend!

1st review* Used this site for the first time tonight. Deposited £100 and received a £150 bonus & didn't win. Deposited another £150 and won £1400 so withdrew. Put on anther £20 and won £2100 and withdrew. I've had confirmation my account is verified by 3 advisors and told no documents are needed to process my withdraws.
Been told it could take 72 hours in total on a first withdraw, I'm hoping not the full 72 hours to review but will update at next stage

I win 800£ they not paying out my money! And account is blocked. All the time same ansver-we cannot process true your paypal! Or just again asking Bank Details!

Requested withdrawals of £39,000 on the same day and still not recieved.
Recieved a email for documents which were sent promptly. Just being told to wait as accounts in review. Been waiting near a month for my winnings.
March 12th and still not recieved withdrawal been told account review and can take up to 8 weeks.
Update March 18th and still waiting for Grand ivy casino to process withdrawal being told the department is reviewing account. Unbelievable
Update recieved email advising they are closing my account and confiscated winnings returning initial deposit. No specific reason given just reffered to clause 13 of T&Cs. I have not breached any of the terms abd will start court proceedings.
Been waiting 2 months to have my winnings confiscated and no specific reason given.
