My husband and I always end up at Grands when we look for furniture. They have the best deals and quality. Also love the Coke and Popcorn.

Laura did an excellent job in every way. Very well informed about the furniture and all the ins and outs of "getting" it. No hard sell in any way.

I was impressed that the sales person allowed me to take my time deciding on my choices. I was also impressed with the delivery and set up of furniture. The delivery men had to problem solve how to fit a sofa through a very confining doorway.

Our salesman was very helpful and not pushy. We are happy with our purchase and it arrived earlier than expected.

Ordered custom couches and waited 6 weeks for them to arrive only to receive the wrong item and wrong fabric. Waited another week or so to get clarification from manufacturer on why fabric we received was not what we ordered. Finally reordered our furniture and am now waiting 8 weeks for it to arrive. Had asked salesman several times for updates and didn't get a call back, keep having to call and follow up. Should be the other way around.

Your store in Lynchburg is easy to navigate. Your staff have given us good advice. They have not tried to oversell us. When we ask to just be left to shop around they honor that. Your sales are honest sales. One of your competitors advertise 50% off, buy one get one at the same price (meaning 50% off), buy one get one at the same or lower price for 1 cents (basically 50% off). I have found that this means they over price their items by 100% on a consistent basis! We respect your sales and overall way of doing business!!

Took over 6 weeks to get the mattress we ordered in ,first one was wrong size

Bought a couch from the store in Wise Virginia and within seven months the entire frame broke. My daughter's boyfriend got stabbed by a piece of wood sticking out. Very poorly made sofa!! I have emailed the company twice and no response. I called the store where I purchased the couch and they said that I bought it "as is". However, the lady I talked to said she would speak to her manager. She called me back and said they will send someone out to look at it. I really hope they fix it because the sofa has not been abused in any way.

I love my new sofa and love seat. The gentlemen delivering were very professional and right on time.
