The screenshot on my profile picture shows I was a customer and a very disappointed one. Don’t use this service, they’re ineffective and actually harm your account. Joe Vince is openly crude and disrespectful

To say my experience with Gramiety has been atrocious would be an understatement. After 11 days I have still yet to gain even one new follower. In fact, Gramiety has done litterally nothing except take my money.

Their customer service team keeps giving me excuses as to why their engagement team has not starting working on our account.

Unfortunately, my only means of communicating with them is via text. Sometimes my texts go unanswered for days, while other times they do not get responded to at all. The company says it is based in LA, but I believe they are farming out the work to the Philippines. In just 11 days, Instagram has shut down my account 2 times due to suspicious activity from the Philippines. The only ones who have my login info other than me are Gramiety. Coincidence? Unlikely.

I will be calling my credit card company to hopefully reverse the charges for this scam junk operation.

If you are an unsuspecting customer like I was and believing all their hype, DON'T! Stop right now and find another service provider. You'll save yourself money and a ton of time. It is NOT the service we're being led to expect.

A really great company to help people find out about your IG profile. I have been working with them for a little over a year, and have been pleased with the results. Gramiety helps you engage with people who are your target audience allowing them to discover you organically.

I genuinely love Gramiety and the services they provide….and I have tried TONS of other companies. I’ve done giveaways with Gramiety, DM campaigns, and targeted following with these guys…and guess what! Every one of them has been successful and they do and deliver what they say they will. I’ve tried the really cheap places in the past and I have always gotten what I paid for and in those cases it was always fake followers and engagement. Gramiety always delivers REAL followers and REAL engagement. They’re awesome. They are easy to work with and they actually care about you and your account. They also work closely with you after analyzing your account to determine exactly which service is going to be the best for YOUR specific account. I have been working with GRAMiety for 3 years now. As many of you know Instagram growth is constantly changing. There are two things I love about the team at GRAMiety:

1. Customer support is best in industry.
2. They move with the changes in the industry and to me, that is one of the most important things they do outside always being available to me.

I highly recommend you connect with them to see the level of attentiveness they offer.

Many different employees communicate with you from the company about your account entirely separately, and you never know who it might be. They often contradict one another and have terrible miscommunication within the firm. What one employee tells you, might be the total opposite of what another tells you.

They claim to care about your account and your growth, but they only want your money.

Employees insist everything they do is "in house, USA based" yet other employees in the company have outright said that most of their services are outsourced to overseas. This company will risk getting your account banned as they use cheap labor from Phillipines & India to do engagements.

Owner is a real piece of work who will cut you off if he changes a mind about a service that you previously have agreed on in writing. Shady business on all levels.

This service is honestly horrible! I actually lost followers and when I complained they didn't want to refund me. Please, don't waste your money on this service .

I was skeptical in the beginning if it would be a waste of money like I have experienced with other ”agencies” that I have used before, but here at Gramiety are working real people with a really good concept for me. They know what they are doing, and the results are great! Thank you, guys!

With everything out there it’s so hard to sort through who to choose, or to find a good company, but most of all it’s hard to find one that has integrity! I was so impressed by Krish and his staff to provide me accurate knowledge and advice on a subject I was so naive on. I would definitely recommend this company because you won’t get screwed or taken advantage of. It’s a slower process because they don’t want you to jeopardize your account, so take their advice it’s worth it!

This company is THE WORST! Absolutely do not spend your hard-earned money on this service. I feel terrible because I recommended it to a friend within the first week of using it myself... Should have waited because the experience for both of us was very poor. I only lost followers since using this service. Whenever I contacted them asking for reports in order to actually get the numbers of what was going on, they were full of excuses. We are convinced that it's one dude taking money and passing off the work to bots. Guess what, Instagram changed it's algorithm. That no longer is a way that you can grow accounts. ALSO.... my account was blocked by Instagram THREE TIMES in a couple of months of using Gramiety. HELL NO... Don't do it, you guys.

Seeing their reply: I am a real customer, actually. I paid you for three months. Can’t just brush this under the carpet. I also had two friends sign up and use your services.
