My order was lost by Evri, I have tried to contract G&B by phone and email and have had no reply. Money lost, no means of resolving the problem.

Excellent quality product but repeatedly requested a refund for £120 for goods returned. Told over and over again that the refund has been processed but never received the money. Sad that the company is behaving like this. Have no choice but to pursue reimbursement through formal routes. I’d have to advise people to avoid this company on this basis unfortunately.

I bought anagypta wallpaper but not enough rolls ....
I nipped back for 2 more rolls several days later & they had filled the same bay with wallpaper that was almost the same but slightly different 🤨
On arriving home my husband pointed out the mistake ....
But he had opened the roll
I went straight back and explained but the manager said
“ nothing we can do “
I explained about the bay the wallpaper was in & she said we change the wallpaper around all the time.!!!!!
Always bring the wrapper which yes I should have done ...
But for goodness sake don’t replace the bay with a ALMOST identical paper but not quite.
Unsatisfied found them wanting to be unhelpful.
Can't read the time and not sold as seen

The clock hands are generic and cheap
Due to the lack of thought that went into this product, I am now going to have to take the hands off (whilst trying not to break them) and paint them an appropriate colour.
Ultimately I am a dissatisfied customer!
Incorrect Colour Arrived
My 20 year old daughter selected a pink paint called Highland Rose from the Graham & Brown website. As the 100ml tester pot would have cost £4.50 (I kid you not) and she is a student she decided to assume that the paint that arrived would look something like the colour on the website and she duly paid £41.95 (inc postage) for 2.5 litres. When the paint arrived she was really upset as the colour in no way resembled the 'pink' colour she saw on the website. She showed me and I was shocked too to see how different it was. I emailed the firm but heard nothing back for a few days so I then called them and was basically told it was up to the customer to buy a tester pot first and there was no way they would replace the paint unless I could prove there was a difference between the paint that arrived and the paint that is shown on the website. I then sent them photos of the paint that clearly showed a massive difference between what we bought and what we received. Instead of looking like the pink that was shown on a lounge wall it looked more like an orangey brown colour. Sadly Graham & Brown still refused a refund or a straight swap for another colour but finally after another email they offered a small discount if we purchased another can of paint which obviously she didn't do as she couldn't take the chance of the same thing happening again. She has since bought a lovely pink Dulux paint for a third of the price that the Graham & Brown paint cost however she still has a very expensive can of paint in a colour nobody wants gathering dust. Be warned.

My first experience having a tin of paint sent in the post and i am very happy with the product and service. Paint is a beautiful colour and quality. It arrived super quickly and was really well packaged. Will definitely order with them again 😊👍

great if you're looking to purchase wet paint colours!????
I bought some paint and the paint I received looked vastly different to the one on the website. So I painted some on a piece of white paper and sent photo's of how different the paint looked when dry compared to all the pictures on their website, but because the wet paint looked similar to the original (in the tin, not dry on the walls) they said that was the correct paint, but who sells paint by the colour of the paint wet!? And who buys paint based by the colour of the product wet? The colour was grey-blue on the site (images of painted dry walls) and beige-cream when dry in reality. I have opened a Paypal case to try and get my money back as they have ignored the difference in colour (referring only to the paint wet in the tin) and have not offered a refund even though the paint is unused and it was requested. Customer services are unhelpful and don't seem to care.

No Refunds
when pasted to the wall G&B's Sieta Ice - Silver the paper showed dark parallel marks either side of the seam despite repeated requests for a full refund for 2 of the 6 rolls (4 returned to B&Q without any issue) G&B refused offering a credit note against a future sale - no good having purchased a different paper from another suppler at a cheaper cost It seems from many an unhappy customer that once you purchase there are NO refunds

Ordered 4 rolls of wall paper from a supplier of Graham and Brown wallpaper and only 2 rolls turned up. We have now chased the outstanding order only to be told that the wallpaper has been discontinued, but although we are told that we can return the 2 rolls the supplier has informed us that the manufacture Graham and Brown will charge a 30% restocking fee. This is so out of order and I would recommend that you avoid this company at all cost.
