Very bad service! Avoid them! I received dead plants! And also not all Items!

Hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich mal eine Rezension schreiben muss, aber irgendwann ist es wohl so weit.

So eine schlechte Kommunikation habe ich noch nie erlebt. Auf keinen Fall dort bestellen – zumindest nicht per Vorkasse.

Meine Bestellung wurde vor 4 Wochen storniert und ich habe mein Geld bis heute nicht zurückbekommen. Auf E-Mails antwortet niemand. Und heute kam dann auch noch die Nachricht, dass die Bestellung angeblich unterwegs zu mir ist.

Die 50 € habe ich innerlich schon abgeschrieben.
Bitte Finger weg!!!

Achtung Fake-Shop! Ware bezahlt, Ware ist nie angekommen!

Ich denke, die Firma gibt es überhaupt nicht. Sie haben zwar eine Website und bestätigen den Verkauf sofort (natürlich nach Bezahlung), nachher hört man aber nie wieder etwas. Ich habe mehrmals angerufen aber da hebt niemand ab.
Wir haben bestellt und bezahlt circa 80 €, aber bis jetzt, das sind zumindest neun Monate nichts mehr von Ihnen gehört.
Wie gesagt ich denke diese Firma gibt es so überhaupt nicht

It has been a month since I paid. Nothing. My emails are completely ignored. Definitely a fraud website!

Very late deliver, no reply or support whatsoever. You don't know if the order has been taken care of... absolute silence !!! On the upside, plants are bigger with better roots than similar sites. But you don't know if or when it will arrive...

Round crooks. No any connection - they do not respond neither calls nor emails. We did not receive ordered plants. We did not receive refund. 1km away from these scammers.

What a fraudulent company. Stay away from them and do not buy anything from them. They will charge your credit card but they will never send you any invoice or purchase confirmation. Of course, you will never get any package either. If you try to call them, no one will answer you. If you send them an email you will receive no reply. I called my credit card company and report gradinamax.hr, but in order to process any refund the credit card company needs 120 days wait period and detailed description of what you have purchased from them. Try to remember those details when you write email to your credit card company. Anyways, warm recommendation do not buy anything from them.

Commandé début janvier 2026 sur le site Gardinamax ; on est fin février et aucune nouvelle de la commande.
Pas de réponse au mails.
Dommage, le site fait rêver mais le marchand fait cauchemarder.
Ne commandez pas chez eux.

Je confirme tous les témoignages , c'est une escroquerie, paiement à la commande aucune livraison , et aucune réponse a mes emails ...

J ai commandé sur Gradinamax en novembre. Ils ont encaissé mon paiement et je n ai jamais rien reçu. Ils ne répondent pas à mes mails. Ce site est à éviter. Impossible d avoir un recours parce qu ils sont en Pologne.

Toujours pas livré d'une commande du 8 novembre 2025 soit il y a un mois. Aucun retour à mes mails et pas d'information de Gradinamax !!!

SCAM! Goods not sent, no answer on any email or contact form, money not returned... Complete fraud!

Commandé 5 rosiers qui sont arrivés touts secs les branches sont marrons ces rosiers ne doivent plus être commercialisés. Je les ai planté le jours de la livraison et prévu le service clientèle qui m'a conseillé de patienter un mois . Tous les 5 sont morts aucun signe de pris.L'entrepris a refusé de rembourser.
la livraison coute cher c'est de l'argent perdu.

Do not order anything from this website. They say delivery in 48 hours. It has been 3 weeks. No reply to my messages regarding my order. How can this website still be online is beyond me (just shows how good our regulations are on doing business).

J'aicommandé le 26 mai 4 arbres fruitiers. 91 euros, débités dans les 4 jours. près diverses relances, ils ont soit-disant été expédiés. A nouveau de nombreuses relances. Réponses automatiques, dont l'une me dit que je n'ai pas réceptionné la commande, ce qui est totalement faux. A nouveau des relances: soit, ils m'expédient ma commande, soit ils me remboursent mes 91 euros.
Le 30 septembre, aucune nouvelle.
Je considère m'être fait escroquer.
A éviter absolument..
