It's an amazing little company

It's an amazing little company. I bought the Sonos Five Speaker for a steal of a price, and I couldn't be happier.

I got notified throughout delivery about the progress of the package which put my mind at ease. Don't know what else to say but it is a great company that I will use again.

Purchased a 16" 2021 MacBook pro from gradeA, arrived promptly within a few days and in amazing condition! It came with all original accessories and box at a much cheaper price than the ones I'd been looking at elsewhere. Could highly recommend to anyone looking for a like new refurbished item.

Purchase of Grade A MacBook Pro

The Grade A MacBook Pro I purchased was received well packaged (including an Apple MacBook box with accessories) by courier in less than 24hrs. The MacBook looks ‘like new’ and fully functional. My pre-purchase telephone query was answered immediately - no waiting in a queue or ‘selections’ to make. A truly first class service and I can ‘Highly Recommend’ the Company without hesitation.

Great place to buy laptops

Great place to buy laptops. I recently bought 2 laptops and both of them were perfect. Their customer service was great, as I had a question before I placed the order. I will buy from them again.

Broken product & Poor return service.

Broken product, terrible return processing.

Reported a broken product with promises of next day delivery return, wasn't provided a tracking number and delivery never arrived, only to be told that the parcel was now arriving monday.

Not sure how a broken product managed to get by the TWO people that have signed off on the shipping QC document but this is what happens.

My email responses were also completely chalked off because the person handling returns went on annual leave and didn't hand the case over meaning I had to have 3 phone calls regarding the issue.

Enormous waste of time and wouldn't recommend.

EDIT:
After posting this review I received an email saying they were only replacing the product out of good will and not because it was damaged, and told me to refuse my replacement, how incredibly unprofessional.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we appreciate the chance to clarify the situation and address any misunderstandings.

The reported issue, a singular dead pixel, does fall within our warranty terms; so we arranged a replacement monitor to be shipped to you. Contrary your review, the product was still functional and could’ve been used in the meantime, until the replacement arrived.

DPD attempted delivery of the replacement unit on the agreed date, however when no one was available to receive the parcel, DPD successfully delivered on the next working day. We apologize the tracking number wasn’t sent automatically as usual; however delivery was indeed arranged promptly, and the temporary delay was unfortunately due to a missed delivery attempt.

Our offer to replace the item was entirely within our usual terms, and at no point was it described as “goodwill.” We simply mentioned that, given your dissatisfaction, you could decline the replacement delivery and return the item for a full refund, should you prefer to avoid any further interaction.

We value honest feedback, but we also believe in providing a fair account of what took place. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
