I help run a baby bank charity and we had a move with me donated without an electric adaptor. Graco have been amazingly generous and are sending us a replacement free of charge.

Poor customer service, been trying to get a flimsy faulty swing picked up and refunded for weeks. The quality of the products are absolutely awful. Definitely do not recommend anyone to buy from this company unless you like being ripped off.

Ordered replacement parts and they are sending for free in couple of days. It’s a great service and will definitely recommend to my friends.

A replacement part was offered free of charge but unfortunately due to the age of the product, this was no longer available. However I was very impressed with the efficient and helpful customer service.

Best brand for prams, pushchairs and baby car seats, period. Stylish, sturdy and easy to handle, they become outgrown before they show any signs of severe wear and tear - which is good for the environment too, as prams can be passed down or sold instead of buying anew. I also have had a good experience with one of their customer service advisors (Caroline), who acted promptly on my request and kept me constantly updated.

I had an enquiry regarding a replacement cover for our high chair. The correspondence was immediate. I wastold that eventhough they do not sell parts for their item, they would check to see if it was in stock and would send it free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. I have found their level of customer service second to none, and they could not have been any more helpful in my query. I will definately highly recommend this company and all of their product as they are of the highest standard. Thanks again

Wanted to buy an additional set of Isofix guides to share the car seat between two cars, Contacted Graco who sent us an additional set f.o.c. by return of post. Fantastic customer service. Also car seat excellent quality and value for money.

We had lost our travel cot cover when we had to look after my granddaughter at very short notice and customer services were excellent helping us to get a replacement.

Contacted Graco customer services via their website contact form to see if replacement poles were available for the bassinet on the travel cot I had purchased second hand, I was surprised and very pleased to be told that the parts are available and would be sent to me free of charge. The responses to my query were quick.

Excellent customer service I emailed for a replacement part I had lost and the lady who replied was lovely fast and efficient I will definitely buy from graco again and also recommend them to anyone as I’ve never had a problem with any of there products before but if ever there was a problem I believe it will be dealt with fast so I’m confident to shop with them 😁

This is how all customer service should be! Phoned today for a replacement hood, the call was answered within 5 seconds. The lady who I spoke to was lovely and 2 minutes later the replacement part was ordered for me. couldn't ask for anything else. I would definitely buy from Graco again.

Excellent customer service. Was looking for a front hood for my double stroller. Prompt reply from Caroline @ customer service and they sent me a brand new front hood. Wonderful service by graco. Highly recommended.

Graco uk : on contacting Graco about our highchair seat cover getting split after loaning it out I found them to be excellent curtious and very helpful . They are sending me a brand new one free of charge. What an excellent company to deal with

I contacted graco to see if I could buy a new handle bar as mine broke and I stupidly lost it! I was so pleasantly surprised when Caroline the customer service rep said they would send a replacement bar as a good will gesture! To say I am happy is an understatement. Amazing customer service !
