We received a sore pet for a musical baby chair we bought second hand, this was sent quickly and free of charge. Very grateful to Lauren for her excellent service.

Answered my email straight away with very easy next steps. Emails back and forth were responded promptly with a lovely manner!

Customer Service Team were quick to respond to my issue - I had a missing harness strap for a car seat. I could upload images to help identify the make and model etc. They came back and resolved the issue by replacing the harness for me. Great Service.

The lady on the phone called Caroline if I am not wrong, was very polite and on top of that she made my day when she said I didn't have to pay for the product I asked for!!!

Lisa in customer services was great!

I needed some replacement car seat straps that got lost in a house move. Lisa was really helpful, polite and efficient on the phone. Helped me identify the correct model number of the car seat and helped me order a replacement set. All done in 5 minutes.

She's a credit to the company - give her a bonus! I would have her in my customer services team any day.

Contacted the Customer Service team to replace a mattress in a travel cot. Brilliant response from them and within days of providing the information they requested I have taken delivery. So pleased, 5 star gold service!

I bought my graco lovin hug Patchwork swing chair from another company and they directed me back to graco to assist me with getting a mobile toy bar with toys sent out for the swing as I didn’t have one, I have had the swing chair for a little over a year and graco have kindly assisted me in getting one sent out. The communication and customer service has been great from the moment I contacted them and took less than a hour to resolve my situation. No fault for the actual product in itself as I have had it for over a year and will always recommend graco products to anyone I know it’s been a great use for me and my children.

Contacted customer services after loosing a part in a house move. Could not praise the quick and efficient service I received. A replacement is in the way with no fuss or problem. Love Graco for quality of product but now love them for customer service too!

Fantastic service. We lost a pole for our Graco travel cot and thought it would mean a new cot. However we contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement.

Excellent customer service! I lost a part from my graco highchair. Within a matter of days the replacement was with me and free of charge. My contact was Ella who was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I always buy Graco when possible as I know the products are well made and easy to use and a super back up team are there to help. 5 stars Graco you deserve it !!!

I needed replacement straps for my car seat as they were lost. The team at graco were absolutely brilliant and within a couple of emails new straps were being sent to our address free of charge! 5* customer service!

I called Graco this morning as we wanted to use my Grandson's car seat again for a younger child but had lost the straps. I opted for a call back, which came through almost immediately. Graco immediately offered to send a replacement set free of charge. In these days of abysmal customer service, I was amazed! Thank you Graco.

I contacted Graco as the mattress in our travel cot had become damaged. Karen replied to my email within 30 minutes and was able to request a replacement to be sent out. Superb customer service and a wonderful company. This quality of service is what everyone else should be aspiring towards!!! Five stars and I can't thank Karen enough for making the process so smooth and simple.

The clear plastic covering on our Stack n Fold Graco highchair was coming away from the seams and cracking. I contacted Graco and Karen answered within 24 hours and dealt with my issue very efficiently and effectively once I had provided the additional information she requested. The issue has been resolved at no cost to myself and the replacement part is apparently on it's way to my address.

Excellent customer service by Caroline, Consumer Service Advisor, Graco Baby. I was put off a bit initially by the facts that I wasn't able to find a possibility to order a replacement part for my car seat myself, and that I couldn't call a UK phone number but had to register first in order to be able to open a support ticket with no idea whether this would help me any further. However, upon opening the ticket I got a very swift response from Caroline, who arranged for the desired spare part to be sent to me at no cost to myself -- this is now in process and I trust it will be alright. An unexpected but perfect outcome!

Lost the harness to my daughters high chair, contacted customer services & Caroline sorted it all for me, hassle free & free of charge. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service and quick responses. I contacted Graco to see if they sold spare parts to my highchair. They don't, however they very kindly agreed to send what I needed to me free of charge. What great customer service as the chair is outside the standard 12 month warranty . Other companies could learn from Graco. I'm super grateful and will definitely look to buy Graco products in the future. Thank you Graco.
