Item took over 2 weeks to arrive despite saying delivery was Royal Mail express delivery. It didn’t suit me once it arrived with a return address of china, at your own cost!

I ordered a dress on the 10th of July. It is now the 28th and despite reassurances that it will be with me shortly, there is no sign. The tracking shows that it isn't even in the Royal Mail sytem. The responses are generated by AI but Mr and Mrs Docker are behind this company (check Company House). I intend to contact them shortly as, at this point, I want a refund.

The order came from China so took a long time. This was strange as I’d had a email from a nice English sounding lady who told me all about how she hand picks the range and sometimes helps with the packing!!
The three piece swim wear wasn’t particularly expensive but I expected better.
The bikini top is poorly made with foam cups that can literally move anywhere, one seems to favour my armpit! The top is huge, the shorts are ok but everything is oversized. So not great. Refund is dependent on me posting the goods back to China at my own cost or I can have a 10% refund, and keep the clothes. That’s about £3.50 and an unusable swim wear set.
Lesson learned, I should have read the reviews before ordering. And NOT ordered

Took 3 weeks to arrive despite being lead to believe items were shipped from London. Swimwear poor quality, cheap material. Unable to send back unless you're willing to pay shipping to China. Complete waste of money!

I have now received my order - a pair of sandals - and I'm very pleased with them. The price was good and the fit is to size.
However, I placed the order on 08 July and they arrived today, 23 July - 15 days later.
Despite the message I received from 'Eleanor' leading me to believe it was an idea that came about from years of her trying to find lovely things, the items are clearly coming from overseas - probably China which I have no problem with, I just wish she or whomever be upfront about it then we wouldn't be expecting them to arrive within a few days.

I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers. 3 week delivery, which turned out to be from China. The goods were dreadful quality, and damaged. Customer service refuse to supply a return label as you will only receive a refund when they receive to goods back to their China warehouse. Do not recommend using this company.

If I could leave Zero Stars I would! A total scam company - avoid at all costs. Shoes finally arrived after weeks - looked nothing like the picture. Cheap and brassy looking and made of plastic. Going straight into the bin and not even bothering to try to get a refund as have to pay for postage to China. Don't believe the ad that this is a boutique shop offering quality goods - utter utter rubbish 😡

Really disappointed in this brand. I stupidly liked the lady advertising her 'Brand' which lead me to believe she was based in the UK and placed an order.
At no point was I made aware that shipping was from abroad. I'm a month in and no sign of order.
If the goods arrive, even if I love them, I won't be fooled or order again from this site

Nearly 3 weeks later and still no item. Have requested refund - am told item should arrive ‘soon’ . Read the small print- VERY misleading company. Items shipped from China, so virtually no chance of returning except at great expense. DO NOT buy from this ‘shop’ . Very dubious.
