Quick and Responsive Technical Support

We use the Flourish PRO theme for our company's website. It has been an excellent theme for several years now. Hiccups with the set-up are rare when using it. However, when there was an issue, Grace Themes was quick to respond and fix. We highly recommend them!

Great Themes, great Support!

I am using Yoga Club Theme from Grace Themes for our Studio in Germany. Our customers give me very good feedback about our website :). Also the Grace Theme support is fantastic, I always get reply very fast and friendly and they can fix any issue without delay. I Fully recommend!

Outstanding support

I had an issue where a theme stopped working properly after updating the PHP version on my web server. The Grace Themes support team helped me immediately and incredibly quickly – the problem was resolved in no time. Absolutely recommendable! Many thanks again for the great support.

Support has been very responsive

Support has been very responsive. Sometimes things don't always go as planned as you use a theme for a somewhat different purpose. When we come to support with issues, they respond within 24 hours via email and don't stop until its resolved. The theme is beautiful as well.

Excellent support from Grace Themes

I purchased Grace All Theme Package couple of years ago. Recently I needed some help with customizing part of their theme Creamery Pro and they were very quick and helpful with their assistance, making my life so much easier. Thank you for great themes as well as excellent support system! You guys rock!
