garments on live look really lovely when they arrive items terrible nothing like the pictures on line NO labels to send the items back or any help about returning them

Cheap rubbish from China. Nothing like the photos. Avoid at all costs. Unwearable and difficult to return

After giving the impression of being an English company, I ordered what looked like lovely dresses . After waiting several weeks for them to arrive , from abroad , I opened them and they are horrible cheaply made printed polyester rags , they are nothing like the photographs you see , and are going to go straight in the bin . Not even going to bother trying to get my money as others have said !
Please do not buy from this company they are an absolute scam !

What an appalling Company. Their name is Grace & Charles London, this couldn't be further from the truth! In fact goods come from Nigbo Shi, China.
Having waited for my goods to arrive, I was apalled to find when opening the dress that it was NOTHING like the dress I ordered. VERY POOR quality and just like a sack. To return the goods, I was asked to pay shipping costs to China, which is not acceptable due to inferior goods and misleading advertising in my opinion.

How are these people still trading. They have taken my order, my money and not sent the goods in time scale on website. If and when the goods arrive I will have to pay extortionate costs to return them. I have asked for a refund, I don’t want these goods. The wedding has been and gone

Please do not waste your money!!!!!! The clothes do not look anything like the clothes on website. Cheap material and completely different patterns and design. Really awful.

I have just received my dreadful quality polyester dress
not going to take it out of the bag as colour is nothing like the picture!!
The returns system is extremely expensive.

The dresses were awful, shocking cheap fabric from China, masquerading as a British company. Getting a refund is a nightmare.

Remember if it looks too good to be true it probably isn't !!

I have sent 3 Emails & everyone has been ignored i can't believe they don't communicate, I brought a trouser set the material is so thin & cheap understandable it's made in China but there's nothing on there site that states this getting acknowledgement to get a refund is unbelievable so hence the review 🤔
