Efe’s unprofessionalism
I’m genuinely disappointed with the treatment I got from Efe, I think he’s horrible at his job, I contacted Gozde regarding get my teeth done and I wasn’t even sure about it but Efe kept assuring me that they were the best clinic and I would be happy with the treatment, he literally sent me texts and was bugging me twice a day saying I should pay a deposit and secure my spot. After about a month, I paid the deposit to get my teeth done, but I was forwarded to another female consultant in Gozde that advices me professionally not to go for crowns as my teeth wasn’t to bad, she said I should go for aligners instead that can also be done in the uk, I was thankful to her for the advice and agreed with her, I now kindly asked for a refund. She said she was going to speak to the financial team.
Me asking for a deposit refund made sense because after I had paid they said I shouldn’t get the crowns and I was like okay that’s fine but why did you say I can get it the first time?
Anyway let me have my deposit back since you’ve says I can’t have the crowns. Efe started ignoring me, stopped texting, he was giving silly excuses saying he has been very sick, saying he’s in a meeting with his manager, saying his mother is ill, all sorts of unprofessionalism, I said please I need to have my refund because the dentist said I shouldn’t have crowns. I kept asking him if I could get my refund because he was my consultant but he totally ignored me completely changing from the person that was texting me like three times a day about coming to the hospital from the beginning, he just proved to me that he has collected the deposit so I can go away. I texted him yesterday and today he didn’t reply anything and also two days ago. This is very bad and I feel like the hospital has to do something about this situation. I just need my refund as I have been turn down from getting the crowns please.
