It was easy to purchase this sim online. I was already in Vietnam when I made this online purchase, after having walked into several phone stores, selling Viettel, but getting different prices each time. I didn't trust these people that their service was legit, or if I was being 'ripped off'. I felt safe to make this online purchase and the price was reasonable. Phone coverage was excellent!

Getting the eSim was very quick. I compared Viettel with Mobiphone. And hands down, Viettel was great everywhere I went. I compared speeds many times in my travels and Viettel squashed Mobiphone every time. I have the results to prove it!

Originally all I wanted was to purchase an eSIM for my trip. It worked out perfectly! Then the staff mentioned that they also provided transportation and since I had not booked anything yet I decided to go with them. The experience was excellent! The driver waited for us at the airport for a long time because we had to go through customs. Then I also realized days later that I provided the wrong flight info for our trip back to the states but they made sure that our driver would be available the last minute to take us to the airport. We would use their service again next time we’re in Vietnam! Thank you!

Before we left from Canada we purchased a 30 day esim that we would install at airport in Hanoi with the free wifi. It was easy and worked great for 26 days but then there was a problem. I contacted them via WhatsApp and to my surprise got an almost instant response with excellent English. We solved the problem in short order and all is good. Highly reccomended! Easy help if you have a problem and great coverage. Every company has problems, how problems are handled is the sign of a good company, they were awesome. No one paid me to write this, I am not a robot! Lol.
