I made a same day cancellation and they were kind enough to refund my money. Please make sure to read the cancellation policy and make sure to understand that they will send you the birth certificate application with instruction not the actual birth certificate.

Great Experience

I found a copy of the record I requested after placing the order and even though I agreed to their no cancellation policy they were incredibly kind to refund the order. Very grateful for their prompt and kind consideration.

I had an excellent experience

I had an excellent experience. They really have great customer service. They were prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. Each of those times, she was very pleasant and I appreciated that. I would recommend reading all the fine print though and make sure that this type of service is truly what you want before purchasing.
