They take your payments and then stole your money and block your account without any explanation, they also don’t respond any emails and block me in WhatsApp, so I already report them to the UK court for fraud.

Dear Ruben, we are sorry about your experience. During onboarding, you indicated that your business would engage in an activity outside our risk appetite. Hence, your registration was not successful. I can also see that you had multiple free-of-charge attempts to register, so your comment is incorrect. Normally, if the registration need a fee to be paid but does not succeed, we always return the charge, it might take some time to process by the card payment provider.

DANGER
DANGER - avoid this company. Took payment and failed to provide product. Complained and had email saying they'd cancelled. No refund and no notification from Stripe to sat refund en-route. Now escalated to my credit card company for help.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company, badly managed, their email address bounces now, so I'm not even sure if the company is still trading. If it is I don't think it will be long before it's not. I notice they have lost their registration with the FCA on 6 September 2024.

I have had taken payments using the checkout method on GOSOLO, and all my payments have been withheld for a very long time, it has changed from 1 day to 20 days!!. i keep emailing them and i am being ignored. i am even contacting them over their WhatsApp and even the direct owners WhatsApp since i have managed to get his number from my own investigation. This is affecting my business because i am unable to take payments and i had to refuse customers services as i was unable to charge them. I am now issuing this company 24 more hours to respond to my email. If this is not actioned I will visiting the office and taking the case to court

I sent money from my personal account and I can't use it, the card is blocked and no one is answering to refund my money, they never answer, they just send the email and wait a long time, they should be removed from the market.

They have deceitful advertising
They have deceitful advertising. They don't form companies for free. In fact, they form companies for over 10x the amount of submitting the request to companies house (£13, while their minimum charge is £199)

Our current fee for Company Formation + Business Account is £29 which is LESS than the Companies House charge of £50. The £199 fee includes a Serviced Business Address which is an extra service and you don't need it if you are registering your business to your home address of already have a business address

Having a bad experience nothing much has changed. No matter how many time you send them information and emails they never respond not even a acknowledge to confirmation email. This really is one to avoid.

Avoid using this bank
This used to be a great bank. In the last month for unknown reasons they’ve started delaying every payment I try to process. This has caused deep embarrassment to me and damaged my company’s good name. I am taking the matter up with the banking ombudsmen

One of the best bank i ever used
The best thing about this bank is that the dashboard is extremely straightforward and customer support is quite quick to respond.
