Fraudsters going on for months, garment ordered turned out to be coming from China not what was advertised when bought, emailed my concerns, no change told was in process of delivery, checked delivery link which said had been delivered by royal mail check sorting office delivery reference was not known by them, chasing refund now for 6 weeks daily always same response they understand my frustration but it is being processed that was after initially saying 7-15 days.. absolute fraudsters.

Been scammed should have known it was to good to be true but the website was sports direct!! Makes me so mad that these people get away with this! Dont use!!!

Attention grosse arnaque.
Commande faite chez eux ya 2 mois et toujours pas de colis j'ai demandé la preuve de livraison avec la signature il mon répondu qu'il fallait attendre une semaine. Lol des chinois qui arnaque les gens. NE PAS FAIRE DE COMMANDE CHEZ EUX VOUS AUREZ JAMAIS VOTRE COLIS........

LO PRIMERO COBRAR. PARA ESO FUERON RAPIDOS. HICE EL PEDIDO EL 23-11-23 Y EN EL SEGUIMIENTO QUE HICE, ME CUENTAN QUE SE ME ENTREGO EL 29-12-23. MENTIRA. AL PRINCIPIO ME CONTESTARON POR EMAIL CON EVASIVAS, DEPUES EL SILENCIO. ME SIENTO ENGAÑADA Y ESTAFADA

Attention, grosse arnaque, une commande que je n’ai jamais reçu, mais l’argent bien encaissé il vous envoyer un numéro de suivi qui correspond à rien du tout surtout ne pas commander sur ce site

J'ai fais une commande le 2 décembre, elle n'est jamais arrivée. Malgré plusieurs relances, toujours rien. Le service client m'a répondu une fois, et depuis plus rien.

Ils répondent qu'ils n'ont pas mon numéro de commande, je leur fourni puis aucune nouvelle. Le site était le même que Zalando. Je pensais commander Zalando... J'ai perdu 80 euros...

Es una estafa. nunca me ha llegado el pedido y no responden a los mails

Does anybody knows how can we recover the money we paid. Is there any phone number to call or something we can do in order to get my money back? Is amazing how easy is for them to take the money and dissapear.

Scam company. They send fake tracking which appears to update. Disputed it with Monzo and they refunded all the money. Thankfully.

J'ai passé une commande le 25/12/2023, paiement par carte bancaire. Je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation de commande ni de confirmation de mon paiement. Mon compte a été débité. Mon identifiant n'est pas reconnu, je n'ai aucun numéro de commande. Ils sont injoignables

I orderd a photo booth from goshop site and I've sent loads of emails asking where my order is.
And they keep saying the same thing that they need more information. I send it and now they are ignoring me and won't give me my refund back.There customer services is awful
