Poor service, late delivery, broken product

The products look high end quality for sure but the service really not!

First of all, the delivery was chaotic. I placed an order end of November during the Black Friday. Delivery was supposed to happen on December 27th (3 weeks for a delivery from Italy to France is long, but why not). On 27th no news. It got delayed to 28th. On 28th no news. I had to send email to Shopdecor, to call FedEx 3 times and I finally got my delivery on January 3rd.

When I opened the box one delicate item was broken. I paid for 7€ insurance and there is not even 1€ of bubble wrap inside. Very disappointing. When I mentioned the problem, they offered to refund me 50% of the item or I could loose more of my time and ship the product and then they would send me another one.

Runaway from this company! Some of the items are available through amazon. Delivery is fast (around a week) and everything arrive in perfect condition. I will never buy from this company anymore. Ciao!

Placed my order and received it in 4 days. That’s awesome coming from Italy. Had the best price I could find on google. Very happy with shop decor.com

Still waiting

I was thrilled with the candle sconces, but have yet to receive the Emerald glass vase.

Ms Shaws order (in part) for the emerald glass vase was cancelled and a refund issued. Ms Shaw was kept apprised of the order status, and agreed to place the item on a back order status in the event the vase was received in a reasonable time frame. Per the above, we respectfully ask that Ms Shaw consider revisiting and revising her review. We will kindly offer Ms Shaw a %20 discount on her next purchase if the customer would agree to kindly revise her review. We exercised our policy according to script. We do apologize for any disappointment and inconvenience the customer may have incurred.

After I placed my order with Shopdecor…

After I placed my order with Shopdecor through Amazon I looked at some recent Shopdecor reviews and some of the reviews were not good and I considered canceling my order. Since the order was backed by Amazon I decided to take the risk.
Well, to my surprise my order arrived today, 12 days sooner than expected. The item was exactly what I expected and in perfect condition and the price was a great value.

The item delivered is different than…ordered and no return after two weeks.

The item delivered is different than one I bought and requested return but no answer for two weeks now. I am stuck with something I don't need.

The customer ordered a pair of lion guardian statues as per her order invoice. The item was not damaged. She was instructed to return the statues (buyer pays return shipping - per our policy) and the items were not received. The customer cannot retain un damaged merchandise. They must be returned, cleared for re-sale, and refund auhorized. We have an open door policy. The customer may contact us directly at any time, arrange a return, and refund authorized, efective immedaitely.

Feeling is good

it is the first time shopping on this website . I have some hesitate from the beginning , because I am not sure it is a nice website or “fishing” website 😊, but , I really love the birds feeder ,so I try to buy it . I only want to tell others that this website is good , good quality , good shipping speed , good price , good style design . I had a joyous feeling on this website .

I placed an order November 17

I placed an order November 17, 2020. I still have not received tracking information that items has been shipped. We are talking 20 days later and nothing, is this company a scam??!!!

This order was placed on Walmart with ZERO inventory counts. We were not informed of the purchase. Ms Cummins was sent an email through the Walmart platform once we realized the order fulfillment request (despite lack of inventory) had been sent. We no longer sell on the walmart platform due to the inconsistencies experienced through that sales channel or marketplace.

Pretty bird feeder and atrium

The atrium/bird feeder is as pretty as pictured. The nut and bolt that hold the bust and atrium together were rusty when received.

The order was received 6 August 20 and shipped 7 Aug 20. The order is currently en route to St Paul MN and currently resides in Countryside IL at the assigned FedEx distribution center. FedEx tracking # 188980011684 was assigned to the customer for their form review, use, and record pursuant to the monitoring and tracking of the status of their order. ETA ahead of schedule. Customer review requests should be exercised when the product arrives. to include both a customer service and product review. The review is considered irrelevant.

The items that I received were in perfect condition and exactly as shown on the website, which isn't always the case. And the price was wonderful!!! I love them and will be ordering from your site again!!!
