I worked with Lesmae as my case handler during the processing of my property and overall I had a very positive experience.Lesmae was professional , responsive and she kept me well informed throughout the process . communication was clear and timely which made it much easier to understand each stage and what was required of me.
I particularly appreciate how organized and proactive she was ensuring that everything progressed smoothly without any necessary delays This helped reduce stress that comes with property matters.
Overall, am satisfied with the service I received and would recommend them to others going through a similar process

I've been meaning to write this review for a while.

They were quick at the beginning and me and my partner really thought it would be a quick and easy process. We were told the searches would be the longest part but whoever told us that was far off. The searches came back very quick which was good, then they seemed to be doing their job pretty well.

Then they started slacking, stopped responding to queries, ignoring my partner, my mortgage advisor and the estate agents. It wasn't until I got involved that they started to buck their ideas up just a little. Very little effort for the amount they got paid to do the job. Even though they are more affordable option, don't waste your money, pay a bit more and actually put your money to good use.

Now we had Millie Maloney for majority of our case, her responses were fast at first, until they started slacking. Sometimes waiting up to 6 working days for a response sometimes even longer.

Now when it came to exchanging contracts they were a real issue. Even my Mortgage advisor had wondered where they disappeared off too. It took a lot longer than expected to exchange the contracts, luckily with all the pushing they exchanged the contracts the afternoon before completion.

However, when speaking to the estate agency (Connells you are absolute stars) they were very helpful and reassuring that they would help get this issue sorted. Connells were very truthful and advised that this issue is a continuing trend with Gorvins and that they simply just stop answering for a period of time for no apparent reason.

In a Nutshell, save yourself the time, spend a little extra on other solicitors because they will just waste your time and money.

Kimiya has been great in the process of being our solicitor with our first house purchase.

I thought the app process would be daunting but it was very smooth, Gorvins and Kimiya have been very thorough and communicative throughout the process.

Recently purchased an property great service and very trustworthy Emily Wilson who handled my case done a excellent service I’d like to thank her so much without her I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere very appreciated

I am always assured of an efficient, common sense and communicative approach which makes a sometimes arduous process a lot more manageable. Thoroughly recommend.
