Really easy to book from start to finish and the team at Go Official were great throughout. Everything was straightforward and well organised, which made the whole experience completely hassle-free.

We had a thoroughly great day out at West Ham vs Derby and really enjoyed the whole matchday experience.

I used Go Official for the first time recently to buy four tickets for the West Ham v Derby match, and we received a generous upgrade to hospitality level with Great Britain lounge access. The tickets were delivered via email in the early hours of Thursday morning, giving us plenty of time to print them. Great service! I would definitely recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

Had a fantastic experience with Go Official. The Great Britain hospitality was top tier — everything was really well organised, the atmosphere was brilliant, and the seats were absolutely amazing with a fantastic view.

It was also great to see some legends there, including Carlton Cole, which made the day even more special. There were plenty of opportunities to take some great pictures and really enjoy the occasion.

The atmosphere throughout the day was excellent, and you could tell a lot of effort had gone into making sure customers had a great experience.

A special shout-out to the main man Hassan, the director, who was there personally looking after customers and making sure everything was running smoothly. That level of customer service really stood out and made the experience even better.

Highly recommend Go Official — fantastic hospitality, great seats, brilliant atmosphere and excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The people at Go Official Travel provided me the opportunity to get to my first ever West Ham united home game this season against Charlton. I had entered their giveaway and won 2x tickets to the Great Briton lounge at the London Stadium and 2 padded seats to watch the match. Although the result wasn’t great the service and experience itself was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anything better (expect 3 points!)
