The entire experience was incredibly smooth and professional from start to finish. The process was simple, well-organized, and clearly explained. Once I submitted my information, their team promptly reached out to schedule a pickup at a time that worked for me.
The towing company arrived exactly when they said they would, and the driver was courteous and efficient. All the paperwork was handled quickly, and I received clear instructions about the tax documentation I would need. Top notch from start to finish.

The Company is awesome. I googled it and found out that Good will can pick up my car. I needed a rush pick up, and the representative on the phone was so kind, respectful and professional. When I informed her that I needed a rush pick up, she made sure that she found a driver for me in less than 24 hrs. The tow truck driver Jamal was also kind and professional. Also, knowledgeable of your company's policies and legal applications for applying for tags and titles. I really appreciate Good will and will recommend you guys to other people.
