We were ready to purchase three surfboards and simply asked where the business was located, as we were travelling from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast and were hoping to collect them directly. Instead of answering the question politely or trying to help, the representative responded with escalating rudeness.

After reiterating their “online only” policy, they snapped:
“How many times do we have to say we are online only. Sorry you left the purchase of your gear till last minute.”
And then, most astonishingly:
“Not our problem. We have plenty of customers that have the wherewithal to plan their purchases ahead.”

This is not just unprofessional, it’s arrogant, hostile, and completely out of touch with basic customer service. There was zero interest in helping, zero appreciation for a large potential order, and a total lack of courtesy.

We’ll happily take our business elsewhere and advise others to do the same. If this is how they treat paying customers, imagine how they’ll treat you if anything goes wrong after the sale.

The sizing chart is way out, way too small and so had to return the first one, which took months to get a refund. The second wetsuit zipper broke in the first 6weeks after about 6 uses. The company never gives a name or contact number and a warranty or refund was refused. Beware of this place, as I have read similar reviews elsewhere.

Bought a Fruities Surfboard by Goodwave for my 5 year old to learn on. It started to delaminate on the walk from the parking lot to the beach. The black watermelon seeds printed on the bottom will become bumps as soon as the sun hits them. After a couple months of surf sessions the board is now delaminating at the rail as well. We keep the board out of the sun as much as possible and it’s still falling apart. Goodwave has not responded to multiple attempts to contact them. It’s as if they know they put their name on an inferior product. Any Wave Bandit or Wavestorm board from Amazon would be a much better purchase. They’re higher quality boards at a much better price. If you want to buy a board for your grom to learn on DON’T buy a Goodwave, you’ll be disappointed!

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a seller. The communication is horrible and they have a horrendous customer service, after doing some research I found a phone number which they don't have on their website and no one ever answer this number. They do not give you an estimated time for delivery in any of their products. If you're buying from this store be prepared that you wont be able to request a refund because their refund policy says that if the item its been shipped you can't request a refund. The worst part about it is that they give you a tracking number as soon as you buy something and you are locked already but they don't send the item until they feel like doing it. Be prepare to go through a very big anxiety time since you never know where your package is at any time or if you are being scammed as I did. they lie about sending your package and they are not responsible for any delay or miss communication they have with the carrier which btw they don't tell you which one it is so you wont notice they haven't send your package. Buying something new its supposed to be a good experience but in my case with GOODWAVE.CO has been my worst. I will never be buying from this people again, I have never been so frustrated and anxious when buying something.

It's so refreshing to come across a family friendly company with a passion for adventure. Incredible customer service & even more amazing product. We received the board in time just in time for our little girl's birthday. Will definitely be buying from them again when we need to add to our toy collection.

Ordered a board in April, It is now July still no board. Is this an actual company? or did I get scammed?
