I placed an order for probiotics worth around €127, but the package never reached me due to customs/import issues in Spain. The company shipped it twice, which I appreciated, but after the failed delivery I was informed that a refund would be processed once the package returned.
Based on that information, I waited patiently instead of opening a payment dispute. Months passed with little to no communication. After multiple follow-ups, I stopped receiving replies and was later told that the order was too old for any refund or dispute.
I understand that customs issues can happen and that shipping costs may be non-refundable. However, I never received the products and even offered to accept a refund excluding shipping costs as a fair compromise, but received no meaningful resolution.
Very disappointing customer support and poor handling of a loyal customer issue.
Don’t bother contacting them via email - it’ll be completely ignored.

Gives you the opportunity to order products from Japan that are not easy to get otherwise. Place the order, get a confirmation, when in stock you can continue the payment/order.
Was a very strange experience placing an order as there was no place to enter payment method, and yet my order still went through. Later on, though, I received an email saying the minimum purchase total had to be $100, which is information that is nowhere to be found on their website.

I am a Japanese living in France, and I've ordered twice (medicine, cosmetics and food) on Goods of Japan.
Everything arrived in perfect condition.
From 5 orders done from November 2022 and November 2024, only one is fulfilled. Reasons are 2x "inventory" - so why are items up for sell if they are not in inventory, then "other" - whatever it means, last one "customer" - guess I was too persistent and still had hopes to buy something from this site.
It's unfortunate, but it can't be fully trusted :(
It says to expect up to 60 days shipping but I got my items within 2 weeks!
I paid for slow 60 days shipping but the package was shipped by Air Mail and arrived unexpectedly faster. I just wish they had the volume discounts for customers.

Can anyone please tell me if the website is a scam or is it legit? I placed an order with $35 DHL Global Express and they cancelled the order saying I have to re-order. Once I re-ordered, they increased the DHL cost to $80 in the website but I placed it anyways. Then the company emailed me asking me to ship SeaMail for $20 but i told them I chose the DHL already and prefer to ship DHL and then they cancelled my order again stating they don’t have enough stock. I think this is unprofessional. Should I report this to Better Business Bureau to protect other people??

I had a product in my shopping cart and was ready to purchase at the listed price on their website, I emailed seller about an inquiry on the product, and upon doing so the seller raised the price on the product that I was interested in. I thought that was very disrespectful, and quite distasteful, and greedy of this company. I wrote to them, that they have lost a potential customer because of this incident. I would very much like to know who is in charge of this company so I can write a formal complaint.
Be warned: If you ever shop here, don’t ask questions about products you like, if they see you are interested they will increase rate on you.
