I wish I could give zero stars.
I signed up with Good Reach Publishing expecting experienced publishing support and professional expertise. Instead, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
I paid in December, yet by June the project was still incomplete. Communication was poor throughout. Emails were often slow to receive a response, and on some occasions, I felt my questions were simply ignored. There was no clear project management, no consistent accountability, and no realistic timeline for delivery.
I also became concerned that much of the written work being provided was generic and lacked the professional publishing expertise I had specifically paid for. My expectation was to receive guidance and work from experienced publishing professionals, not content that appeared to require substantial rewriting.
Overall, this experience has cost me a significant amount of time, money, and unnecessary stress. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I had published a Book on Amazon KDP. I needed some marketing help and publicity. Good Reach prepared some very good high quality posters and I believe sent them out. They wrote up , a perfect Press Release about the author and the book. They have also did an audio book which is on Audible. " Of little Consequence by David G Kidd. Because I will be 80 this year and on a pension, there is little more I can do at present . The Company have been very helpful and always willing to talk and advise.

I asked for a meeting. It was scheduled for 16th Sept @ 12h CET via whatsapp. I asked for a Zoom or google meet call. They preferred to do whatsapp. I said ok. At 12h, I waited. Then a few minutes past 12, I sent a message to a certain Kyle Green to ask if he was free. At 12h18, I get this message "Yeah. Sure! I'll give you a call in a bit." That was all I needed to know that they are not serious & I blocked the number.
