I have been enjoying Good Protein for breakfast for over two years. I love the taste, especially the Mocha and Strawberry flavours, and would recommend them on that basis alone, but they have also provided me with a healthy way to lose weight. By having only Good Protein in the mornings, and eating very carefully for the rest of my days, I lost 70 pounds in just over a year. Having my appetite satisfied early in the day made all the difference to me. Many thanks to all of the Good Protein family for making such a great product!

This company is top notch. Their customer service is beyond anything you could imagine. I did not realize that I had signed up for a subscription back in January. When I saw that another order was ready to ship I sent them an email on a Sunday and received a response within minutes. They cancelled my subscription immediately without hesitation. The only reason I wanted to cancel was because I don’t use the product every day therefore don’t need it shipped monthly. Their products are absolutely delicious but I would prefer to order as I need it. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful Canadian customer service that I received. What an honest company.

Customer service is great. They respond promptly and great support for your needs. The products are great. I love the taste and they’re not powdery tasting. Highly recommend.

First of all….this is a Canadian product which is very important to us. The responsiveness of the Good Protein team to questions is excellent. The product my husband and I use regularly is the High Protein French Vanilla: blends well in smoothies, tastes great, easily added to things like waffles, pancakes, muffins.

I placed my first order today (February 12, 2026) but made a mistake in my order. I reached out to see if I could change it and was extremely lucky to get Charlie. Charlie told me what my options were and was so kind and understanding. It was the best customer service I have ever received and the response was so quick. I have usually ordered from Amazon because I hesitate to deal directly with companies but this experience and this company has changed my mind. I don't even feel bad about my mistake anymore.

Honestly anytime I have any type of issue they are always so accommodating. I had a baby and had to postpone my subscription twice, and they never had any issue or gave me any trouble. And the product is the only protein shake that doesn't hurt my stomach. Excellent quality through and through, keep it up guys!

I have been using the Good Protein powders for quite some time. My husband is now using it as well so I have to order more and more. I use the protein powder for my overnight oats and my husband also uses it for his protein drink. I have tried most of the flavours except mocha and mint and I absolutely love them all. Another very important aspect is no matter what question I ask whether my account or product the response is always quick and personable.

I’ve tried the French Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana and vanilla cupcake and they all taste so yummy! I love what they are supporting, it’s good for the gut health, high protein, good in calorie and the flavour is so yummy it’s also low in sugar as well I think 1g per serving or none at all I’ll have to check the label again but I remember I was shocked! I’ll definitely be purchasing more in future. Lastly, the customer service is amazing thank you all so much! 💕

I very much appreciated Good Protein’s quick response when I had questions about my pending delivery.
I ordered the peanut butter and the strawberry protein powders and they are both good. They don’t have that pea taste that some of the other protein powders have and I really like that the ingredients are natural and plant based.
Just had oral surgery and needed a source of protein that I could just drink! This was a great option for me!

I love their sugar-free products; they're delicious, especially the mint and chocolate chip plant-based protein. They help me drink my recommended daily amount of water. Plus, the service is quick and courteous.

I was having difficulty navigating the website to delay my order. Their customer service stopped an order going out that day and changed my next order to a protein powder that I wanted to try in the future. Charlie was delightful! Personable, efficient and kind. Kudos to your great Canadian company and to hiring the BEST staff.

The product is excellent, but better than that, is the customer service. I got Charlie when asking questions. Quick to respond regardless of when I messaged. It's been a long time since I had such excellent customer service.

Do NOT order from this company. If you value honest communication and any standard of care, do not waste your time. I have been waiting almost a month for a refund based off a return request. Customer service keeps repeating the same information (that you the customer typically must give because they can’t seem to locate a shipping or tracking number) and thanks you for your “patience”. They don’t offer any sort of free product or compensation for the complete lack of customer service. Ive given up now on receiving a refund.

I was part of a study in university regarding heavy metal presence in protein powders, and guess what? Good Protein is a heavy hitter when it comes to heavy metal presence! (Cadmium and Lead)

Update as of Jan 21, 2026: I did receive my refund, after 22 days and only after I posted multiple bad reviews on social media platforms.

I left a review previously commending the quality of customer care I received from Charlie, however, I want to retract as I’ve been waiting a week now to year from customer support, with promises to hear back within 24 hours of my original complaint. I did not. So I followed up with an email and was told again, I would hear back in 24 hours, and I’m sitting here 48 hours later having heard nothing. Very sad that a Canadian brand doesn’t care to help their customers with their concerns.

Très bon service à la clientèle. Réponse quasi immédiate. J’ai essayé le mélange beurre d’arachides avec du lait et c’est délicieux ! Très pratique aussi de l’ajouter à des éléments cuisinés pour augmenter l’apport en saine protéines. Le produit idéal dans le but de contrôler mon pré-diabète.

J'aime la liste d'ingrédients qui me semble plus nutritive que d’autres marques. Je l'ai acheté parce qu'il ne contient apparemment pas de stevia et qu'il est mentionné « non sucré ». Mais pourtant le goût vraiment ULTRA sucré lève le cœur et étrangement c'est le même goût et le même engourdissement de la bouche que si ça contenait du stevia (attention aux allergiques). Ce serait plus honnête d'au moins mentionner que le goût est absolument TRÈS sucré (si c'est pas du stevia, y a clairement quelque chose d'équivalent et il faut le mentionner !!).
