I have bought several pairs of reading glasses from Good Lookers over the past few years because I like the styles and the price point. Unfortunately, I have found the quality to be disappointing.
The hinges seem to be a particular weak point. I have had multiple pairs break after only a month or two of normal use, which is frustrating when the same issue keeps occurring across different pairs.
I also contacted customer services regarding the problem but found them unresponsive, which added to my disappointment.
It’s a shame because the glasses look great, but based on my experience the durability has not been good enough for regular daily use. As a result, I won’t be purchasing from Good Lookers again and will be looking elsewhere for reading glasses in future.

Update: Following the company’s response, I have checked my spam folder and found that they had in fact replied to my complaint and offered to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund. I am happy to correct my original review on that point and acknowledge that they did attempt to contact me.

Where's a sixth star? EXCELLENT Customer Service, ordered PM yesterday, I was kept notified thoughout the process, then delivered coffeetime the following day, today! I've had a Weybridge Style pair for 3 plus years, they are often admired and commented on, so I thought I would treat myself to a second and third pair in the same frame style. I'd like to thank everyone in the process of my order, I'm now considering another style. I'm getting Elton John vibes.

Lenses do not sit flush (if you have a 2 + prescription)

I'm so pleased this review has come through, The ordering sight is fantastic, I ordered 2 pairs on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday! The glasses are lovely making my collection 4 pairs now. I even have friends asking me to get them some when I visit Hoopers in Harrogate, I work in retail and lost count of comments on my glasses especially the green ones! However, at the weekend I put on my new blue ones and the arm fell off. Is there a customer care team I can send them off to? I could take photos if you wish

I just bought a glasses case. There was a good choice of sizes, the product arrived quickly and was just what I needed.
