I ordered two baskets for family gifts the week before New Year's. They were setup to be delivered on 1/2 to avoid the holiday. The baskets did not arrive until 1/14. I did not receive any feedback or notice of delays until I reached out twice. When the order arrived, both gift baskets were combined into one basket, several items were crushed, the total quality was under the advertized weight by 25%, two pantry items were missing, the quality was poor and did not match what was represented on the website, and the "free gift" that was supposed to be included was missing. Overall, this is an extremely expensive option for poor service and poor quality.

Arrived ripe and ready to eat. Staff ensured everything arrived and that we were satisfied with our order. Will order again.

Not what I order look like they went to Walmart toss in box sent ot to me for 115 dollars I could of done that I ordered sour sop they sent me a custard apple. In a mango and an avocado honey, it looks like it was bought at Walmart.
It's rotten oranges. They can have it back.I want a refund

So besides a fruit being fantastic, they sent me some extra things. I have my pink pineapple and my red apple. And I have an avocado and some mango. Everything's fresh. I will be ordering again

Should have read the reviews here before purchasing. I ordered a variety pack of 5lbs of assorted rare fruits- what I got was about a pound of 6 different common fruits found in the grocery store-one apple, mango, persimmon, cherimoya, and dragonfruit. They arrived 3 days later than advertised and some of the fruits came bruised because it was not packaged welll. And the rest is now sitting at home rotting because it arrived too late for us to enjoy it since we had to leave on a week long trip. This company is a scam. Buy these fruits at yur local grocery store, they will be 40x cheaper and taste better with no stress or hassle. I paid $120 for 6 fruits!- that’s about $20 for an apple!!! Do the math- I could have bought 40 apples for that amount!

RIDICULOUSLY delicious. The cherries are to die for! Ordered more fruit immediately. Came quickly and I'm perfect shape. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself!

The fruit was beautifully packed and arrived in good condition. The persimmons are all I have tried so far and it was delicious

Totally a ripout. I ordered 6 pounds of persimmons and loquat....i received a pound of dried dates. They are giving me the runaround and have not regunded my money do not order from these scammers.

Quick, great quality and excellent customer service

Absolutely terrible experience with Good Hill Farm. I placed an order for persimmons and they sent dates instead — a completely different item. On top of that, the mushrooms I ordered arrived completely rotten, unusable, and foul-smelling.
Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. No replies, no follow-up, no attempt to fix their mistake. It feels like once they take your money, you're on your own.
I will be disputing the charges with my credit card, because this is unacceptable. If I could give them zero stars, I’d give them negative stars for this level of service and quality. Save yourself the frustration and buy from anywhere else.

They arrived spoiled and rotten. I wish I read their terrible reviews. They are overpriced and unwilling to do the right thing. I am out $88.00 and the fruit was thrown out. It was a gift for my handicapped sister. So disappointed. Her caregiver threw them out. They told the credit card company that I agreed to their terms. Where???? Don’t buy from them

Much of my fruit was a mystery to me since I got an exotic variety addition to my box and I did no rush shipping which gave me 5 pounds of fruit for free which is quite the deal, everything has been absolutely delicious so far, especially my yellow dragon fruit I ordered, but what surprised me the most were these dates that I got, I honestly thought I hated dates but they are my favorite thing from the box so far😋💕 absolutely would recommend anyone 10/10 will totally order when I can again so I can try some others that I haven't yet and get some more yellow dragonfruit and dates☺️💕
