Form Issues- No Email Responses
Their policy states you can get a new size if you are not happy with the one you chose. They sent me to a form to request a new size. But there is an issue with the form. After I chose the new size, it did not show up on my receipt or order info so they still sent me the old size. They really need to fix this issue because sending wrong size is not great for the business of the environment

Never received my order. Ordered 9/26. Shipped 11/9 (today is 12/2). Sent multiple emails with no response. Had to file a claim with PayPal for a refund to which Goodfair never responded either. DO NOT BUY….SCAM!
I received items I didn’t order
I received items I didn’t order that I could not return. Goodfair didn’t tell me of substitution being made or give me opportunity to cancel order. One item was stained badly. It was impossible to get a hold of customer service to try and fix the issue. Terrible experience all around.
2 months and no order! Refusing to refund!
I placed an order with Goodfair 2 months, early October. I received the initial "We received your order" email and a "getting ready to ship" email and then nothing. I was charged for this order but then received no more updates on shipping. I emailed their customer service 1 month later and a service rep acknowledged that it had been a while but they were working hard to get orders out and would not refund me or cancel the order. WELL, another month goes by and I still have not received the order. I have reached out once more to cancel and get a refund.
I understand being a small business and carrier delays, but this timeline is absurd. DO NOT purchase from this company, go to a local thrift shop and save your money.

Let's break this down. First off, this site is a scam! There are no phone numbers to contact or anything, just email (which was automated). Second, it took TWO months to delivery. I was getting random emails that said "thank you for your patience". Well I wasn't patient. I emailed so many times asking for them to send my order or refund my money. I did not receive any money back or an order shipment being sped up. Third, the clothes they sent me where not what I ordered. They decided to replace some of the items I ordered instead of refunding me for what they did not have in stock anymore. Forth, all the clothes were ugly. Totally not what was advertised and a complete scam overall. There were no patterns on any of the sweat shirts, crew necks, or shirts that I ordered. Basically received what people wanted to throw away. So please save your money and shop in actual thrift stores instead!

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I loved the idea of this company and on a whim decided to order some of their packages. It's been over 3 months since I placed the order. For the first couple weeks, I'd receive an email every few days saying they were busy but the order was still in process.
Then the emails stopped. Then trying to email customer service to get any information about what happened resulted in tons of responses from goodfair+canned.response email (really great look for the company, to have your lack of communication so easily on display.)
I've insistently emailed them, and it will take several days between getting a real response vs. canned emails. They're not very friendly or helpful. I've now moved from the place I originally ordered it to ship to. I am doubtful I will ever get the package ordered or a refund. At this point, I've contacted my bank to try and reverse the charge. STAY AWAY. Go thrifting yourself, this company feels like a scam and they care not about anyone who pays for their items.
Not so good
I have had an order cancelled after waiting two months with no communication other than "we're busy." I have had stuff sent in the wrong size. I've ordered lightweight women's sweaters and you sent me men's. You do not have a great selection for plus size bodies or anyone over a size medium. It's disappointing because I would like to support this business but at this point I have to cut my losses.
Not Trustworthy AT ALL!!!!
I placed an order in August and never got any kind of notifications of shipping. 6 weeks in, I reached out only to be told they were having trouble sourcing my items. 8 weeks in they say they can't source 1 of the items but they'll give me store credit and ship my remaining items immediately. I say no, just refund me and send my second item. Radio silence since then. I haven't received my second item, they haven't responded to the 6 emails I've sent, they don't have a phone or chat service. I'll be reporting to BBB and requesting a refund from my bank for fraudulent charges. I had used them before and was happy but now I'm so disappointed and frustrated. Do not even bother with them.
Package Missing & Ghosted by Customer Service
Ordered $75 worth of clothing on 9/12. Received an order confirmation, but never got my package. I reached out 7+ times over the past two months to multiple Goodfair customer service emails found online. I've received two generic emails back from different emails saying "Due to extremely high volume, we are unable to respond to messages as quickly as we'd like but are working through each one to ensure you are taken care of." My sister (same location as me) placed a basically identical order two weeks later and received her package within two weeks. Despite several efforts, I still have not received a legitimate reply from customer service or my package. At this point, I'm just hoping for my money back.

I purchased several garments from Thred Up. One item was described as “excellent condition, with little if any signs of wear”. The photos showed no damage or wear. It arrived in a wrinkled ball, with discoloration and two very noticeable 1/2” holes on the shoulder. It looks like rags. The other item was described as “100% cotton “. Important for me, as I have allergies to synthetics. The item arrived, and is synthetic.
It is impossible to reach Thred Up customer service. The only option is automated chat. The only option allowed is to pay $8.99 “processing fees plus restocking fees to return. If I were returning for buyer’s remorse,okay. But this is false advertising. I would ot have made the purchase if Thred Up hadn’t lied.
It seems these crooks are designed to avoid accountability/ make sure it is impossible to justly return false/ damaged goods.
After getting burned by Thred Up, I learned they also rip off the people who try to sell clothing with them. They are unethical, greedy, and should be shut down.
So unreliable
Placed my order close to three weeks ago, wanted to change it so I asked to cancel it and get a refund, no response. Several emails and dms later, nothing. But they were so quick to take the money out of my bank account. My order hasn’t been shipped or anything. Instead I get offered a second chance for an order I haven’t gotten? Yea don’t order from these people, I feel like they legit just scammed me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Go to the Better Business Bureau and check them out. They have a failing grade. You will never get your order and will ONLY get a refund if you go through the BBB. They gave me the run around until I went through the BBB site. Finally got my money back after waiting TWO MONTHS.

I have attempted to contact them several times regarding an order placed well over a month ago and it takes weeks for any sort of response and they’re all automated. I also sent a request to cancel my order because it’s well past the stated delivery window on their site. They have not responded and I’m afraid they’re going to ship something out before even seeing my request to cancel. I order online frequently and their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered. Don’t give estimate windows if you can’t fulfill them! And don’t sell products you don’t have inventory for!
Nonexistent "customer service"
Like many other reviews on here, my experience was similar. HORRIBLE customer service. No reply to several attempts to contact about the wrong items sent in my order. Emailed, messaged on social media, tweeted...absolutely no reply. I had to resort to disputing the charge through my credit card company to get my money back. I have since given away the absolute $H!T items I was sent. What a sham of a company
