I had such high hopes for this brand…
I had such high hopes for this brand considering what it stood for and what it was trying to do. I absolutely love thrifting and thought it would be amazing to be able to do it online. Besides the fact that my order took over two months to even ship to me, when the package showed up only 2 of the articles of clothing were in the size that I listed (small). I literally received a couple size L and XL items... No idea what to do with those. The blanket I ordered was real nice, but the irremovable stains on the apparel and lack of correct sizing on majority of the clothing is what did it for me.
They were eh with communication and updated me like twice over the course of this transaction, but the customer service was pretty bad despite my emails and they ignored the fact that my order hadn't even been packaged to ship to me and kept telling me to utilize the "second chance" policy. How exactly was I supposed to do that when nothing was sent? lol. I simply wanted the transaction to end and to just cancel my order altogether. All in all probably will not order anything again until I can confirm things have gotten better on almost all ends, but I'm glad so many others were actually able to take advantage of a cool opportunity like this. Scam!!
Only received part of my order after waiting over a month for it, part of that order was in the wrong size, and I have yet to hear from the company to fix this. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAM!
Buyer beware!
I would go even lower if I could - it took 4+ months to receive my order and the items were not at all what I expected. It took 5 tries to get a response from customer service that wasn’t a canned e-mail reply. Much too costly for items that are worse than I could find on my own at a local thrift shop.

This company is garbage. I am not able to get in contact with any aspect of customer service and they refuse to refund me for an order they messed up, took forever to get here, and is still MISSING items. I WANT A REFUND. However, now I have to go through a third party vendor and my own personal bank to make that happen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.
What a joke
What a joke. Absolutely awful customer experience. Didn’t contact me for over a month to tell me my order had been delayed. Tried getting a refund, no answer. Terrible company. Sent all the wrong style of items as well. Do no buy from these clowns.

Would not recommend! They did not send what I ordered. And when I reached out for their customer service regarding my incorrect order, no one replied back to me. Absolutely disappointing and terrible customer service
Do not order from here.
I received my order 3 months after purchasing and the items I received were basically garbage that were over worn and ugly. Some clothes were also incorrectly sized or missing completely from my order. These new items provided zero value and I will be donating all of the items I received. Extremely disappointed and will never shop here again.
Disappointing
I’ve ordered from Goodfair once before and it went smoothly. But I ordered from them in September, didn’t have my clothes ship until November and then I never received them. I even emailed their customer support line and was ghosted by them. Really sad because I was hyped on this stores whole idea.
One star is too many
One star is too many! They don't tell you that nothing will be the correct size. Then, they will not replace due to promotional prices. Waste of money!
Took forever to ship out
Took forever to ship out. Once I finally got it (after four months) most of the items I received were terrible. Don't take a risk like me and end up regretting it.
Terrible customer service
It took them 4 months to ship my order. When I received it items were missing and instead of a full refund for the missing items they sent me less than half of what I originally payed. I took 5 emails to finally get a response that wasn’t an automated message. When I got said response they did nothing to help the issues I was having with the order. All in all it was a very frustrating experience that I wasted money on. Don’t recommend shopping with them.
Just freakin awesome man.
I’ve bought so much and have yet to have gotten anything I didn’t absolutely adore. And the price breakdown (especially when you buy in relative bulk) is unbeatable. Bonus: Everything smells so good too.
Will NEVER Buy Again
After placing my order, it took two and a half months to ship out to me. After a month wait, I stopped receiving update emails from the company about the shipping. When my order finally arrived, half the order was the wrong size. I ordered multiple XL shirts, and I got large, making a decent chunk of my order unwearable. I have sent multiple emails to the company, and never got a response to a single one. I will NEVER order from this company again.
The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. Delayed 2 months, they substituted Jean jackets with jean shirts and cut off the size tags for L-XXL items, missing item wasn't refunded for and customer service never got back to me.
Takes months to arrive
My items were delivered months after I ordered. There was no communication why or when I would get my stuff. I emailed them and they didn’t respond in a timely manner either. Basically order from them if you want a surprise half a year later. I would look for time stamps on all this but they’ve already taken enough of my time.
Waste of Time and Money, AVOID
Scam. Ordered in September and it now January and nothing. Customer service has bot emails and then tell me to wait. I have waited so long my lease ended and I have moved. Disgusting. Unfortunately I see I am not the only one struggling with this. Better off paying Value Village for overpriced George brand, at least you actually get what you pay for.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I placed my order and it was delayed because items in my order needed to be sourced... But I thought they had a whole warehouse of second hand clothes ready? I moved six weeks after placing my order and tried to change the delivery address multiple times and was met with bot generated emails. I tried to cancel two months after placing my order and that message also got no response. Meanwhile they are sending discount codes and sorry emails as if that is actually helping the situation
Love that the clothes make my kid happy!
My son introduced me to this site for his back to school clothes and Christmas gifts. He has a blast opening the boxes and has loved 95% of the clothes. The ones he wasn’t crazy about he gave to his roommate who loved them. The company is very communicative and everything has always arrived on time.
