The worst company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. Their website says free shipping but it’s not and it doesn’t show until after you’ve placed an order. Try to contact them with the GOMIATA phone number on the banner of the webpage and you’ll find the number has been disconnected
If you are able to get a hold of someone be ready to be insulted and spoken to more rudely that you can imagine
When my part finally arrived it didn’t fit. I was told I needed clips to attach and that was a separate purchase. But they would not give me the part number and told me they wouldn’t sell it to me. Told me to just return the product, go to a dealer and pay a lot more money
The aggravation I experienced with this order was beyond belief. I will NEVER order from this company again

They sell parts that are stated as being "direct OEM replacements" for a particular year/model that in no way fit the vehicle. One such part was the Harmony Audio HA-R35 speakers, which they claim is a "direct OEM replacement" and/or "direct OEM fit" for the NA Miata. In fact, these speakers would fit no more than ~5% of these vehicles, because ~95% of NA Miatas sold in the US were shipped with seats that were specifically designed for the OEM 2” x 3.5” rectangular headrest speakers manufactured for Mazda by Matsushita (Panasonic). Only those ~5% of NA Miatas that were special/limited editions equipped with custom seats/= specifically designed to accommodate higher-end speakers had headrests that would accommodate these speakers. The steel outer frame and center pillar of the NA seats make installation of these speakers impossible because they are situated too close together for motor of the speakers to fit between. Without cutting the frame, installation would result in the front of the speakers protruding at least 5/8”. To 3/4” out from the foam, leaving a large bulge under the upholstery where one’s head makes contact with the headrest. They simply DO NOT fit 95% of all NA Miata headrests without severely damaging the structural integrity of the headrests. When I called to complain about this and get a store credit for the 4 speakers I bought (brand new, never installed, still in all original packaging), the guy wouldn't even talk to me. Similarly, my followup call and email went unanswered.

Gomiata sent the wrong part, and after numerous attempts to contact them by phone and email, I got no response. I filed a paypal dispute, and when paypal contacted them, Gomiata said to return the part and they would sent the correct one.
Return postage was $19.05, and when Gomiata received my part, said they would send correct part once I ended my paypal dispute. I said I would end the dispute when they explained how they would reimburse my return costs.
Gomiata never responded. I escalated the paypal dispute to a claim. Vendor has not responded, and as of now I'm out the purchase price and the return shipping.

Ordered headlights, they sent part which did not fit. Send parts back and they sent another set which also did not fit. Sent them back. Paid $109 for headlights and $24 and another $24 and another $13 for shipping. I disputed the charge with credit card. So GoMiata charged me $109 twice. I am disputing those new bogus charges

An order was placed for a clutch kit and coil pack for a '94 Miata. Coil arrived damaged due to poor packaging at the sender end...(that is a previous review). Now...going to use the clutch kit from the same order....
The clutch kit was missing a release bearing (they did send one) and was packed really strangely. Now after inspecting the clutch kit it has the wrong Pressure Plate, Clutch Disc and Pilot Bearing for a '94 Miata. The part numbers that are on the parts show that it was for a 1995-2006 Mazda B3000 pickup truck. After the first go around with the coil and sending parts back at my expense, (damaged coil pack ) now with the second item in my order that totaled over $700 is useless. They told my bank that I didn't follow their return policy when they would not respond to any requests or phone calls.
Both parts ordered they sent were useless and their attempts to correct the situation were insulting. Avoid at all costs. They may have been a reputable company in days gone by...but not anymore. High shipping and horrible response when there is a problem. Mistakes happen, but how you correct them is everything. They are nothing. Order from AnyOne Else...They need to change their name to NoMiata since the parts they send aren't even for a Miata!

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Don’t pick up the phone, return voicemails, not answer emails when you need help. Highest shipping prices of all the online Miata aftermarket shops. Gift cards that people pay money for expire and they won’t even consider giving you anything back. Store search engine is worthless. They honestly would rather lose every customer than treat you with respect. There are so many great and reputable Miata aftermarket stores that pride themselves on finding and developing great products and giving amazing customer service, no one needs to put up with GoMiata.com. They had one chance to redeem themselves with me and responded in the worst way imaginable.

Apparently this company was bought out... they used to be timely and a good source... My order was placed six days ago and still hasn't shipped even though the charged me $33 for a one pound shipment... When I called they hung up me.... NEVER AGAIN... I see here many are having the same experience... Moss would never delay or act like this...

I ordered a couple of small items on 8/10 and after receiving nothing for 2 weeks I followed up with an email. Their reply stated the items had shipped as of 8/24 and provided a tracking number. I checked the tracking number numerous times and all they did was create a label. As of 8/29 GoMiata had still not actually shipped the items according to the tracking number. They do not respond to my emails and they never answer their phone or return voice messages.

Paid for a gift certificate as a gift for my husband. He ordered a part and the part was not available and gomiata canceled the order. We called them regarding the gift certificate credit. They "would credit it toward next purchase " They didn't. Called them and the man shrieked that it would be credited in 2-10 days. It has been 20+ days. Credit was to applied to a second purchase. Hasn't been credited. More shrieking. Don't answer their phone. They may call back.

Worst ever. I had to call repeatedly for an RMA that person told me he emailed as we spoke. Eventually, he gave it to me over the phone. Then, at least a week after my authorized return was delivered, I had to call repeatedly for my creditcard to be credited. Gomiata is run by parasites who do nothing but take orders and forget the customer. Never, ever order anything from Gomiata.

I've personally have had a good experience when ordering items from GoMiata. They're not Amazon when it comes to shipping, but it came as scheduled. I did have one item that didn't ship with the others, but I contacted them by email and got a quick response back. It was a custom item and shipped later. No biggie.

Go Miata sells a radiator 3 hose kit for the NA Miata. There are 2 different motors for the NA Miata. 1600 cc motor and an 1800 cc motor. The upper radiator hose for the 1600 cc motor is shorter than the 1800 motor. The other 2 hoses are the same for both motors. Go Miata only has a supply of upper radiator hoses for the 1600 motor. If anyone orders the 3 hose kit for the 1800 cc motor, they get wrong upper hose for the 1600 cc motor. When you call Go Miata and complain they will not help you with the problem. I had to go to the Mazda dealer and buy the right upper 1800 cc hose. I think Go Miata has done this to many customers.
