Very poor service. Unable to contact anyone i finally got onto a live chat who said the case would be escalated. Gave me a reference number has since emailed several times had no response to this. I essentially got charged twice for a booking and have still not received a refund

I have always loved using Golfnow for many years great course options although dwindling somewhat and good prices which are increasing even beyond the price of a green fee at the course itself. The big bug bearer is your points earned per round as they have proof to be of no value and unusable but no matter how many times I have tried to use them for annual membership they are unusable and expire so please refer to the previous method where points earned where given as a deduction of an upcoming round.

Have used several times and always booked a round at a good price - no problems for me at all to date - clubs are very friendly and hospitable.

BE AWARE THAT IF A COURSE CLOSES FOR ANY REASON ON THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING, YOU ARE HIGHLY UNLIKELY TO RECEIVE A REFUND FROM GN.

Appalling RIP Off -
This site takes your fee quickly enough but when a course is closed due to bad weather getting a refund is akin to platting fog. To add insult to injury if you ever can reach a human , you will find you will never receive a full refund as a “ circa £12 admin fee” will be deducted. There will be other mechanisms to book the course of your choice. Just don’t use this one

I've trusted Golfnow for a year now. But when I needed them, they showed their true colours. Golf course was closed, due to weather. I rang customer service for a refund credit. No answer and no callback. Scandalous professionalism

You can't trust this company, the have a disgraceful booking process. There was a policy saying a tee-time could be cancelled within 24hours on the booking, and still is, but despite the fact that I tried to do so their system wouldn't allow the cancellation and they've now refused to refund me because the course has a 7-day cancellation! Well if that's the case then DONT PUT A 24HOUR cancellation policy in the booking! And given that you did, have the decency to refund people who you misled.

I have had a number of issues with golfnow

I booked a tee time at Stanley park Blackpool through golf now, arrived at the course to find a society day was booked all day and they weren't taking other bookings

Then golfnow advertised free taylormade golfballs for reviews of courses booked between set dates, I had made two bookings with them on these dates, so followed the instructions, left the reviews.
Never got the option to confirm my address for the balls to be sent to, so I contacted their customer services and was assured an email would be sent 24th September to confirm the address. 24th past and no sign of the email, so I contact them again and was told the emails were still being sent out. 2 weeks past, still no sign of the email so I try customer services again, this time they tell me "unfortunately taylormade has run out of golfballs".
A company the size of taylormade doesn't run out of golf balls, they produce millions every year.
Seems very dishonest and unreliable

Came across this Company on line and was very pleasantly surprised how ‘top notch’ the clubs were. Brand new and I dont think they had ever been used. Actually better than the ones I have at home .

Club’s delivered and collected on time .

Booked a tee time for 3 people and a 4th booked direct. tried to change the tee time and they would only change the three and not 4 people. furthermore as a three ball they charged us the 3 ball price which was more expensive, despite there being a total of 4 golfers via 2 bookings for the same tee time. The telephone operative couldn't care less. This is the first time booking with golf Now and it will also be the last.

Booking through Golf Now is usually a straight forward enough experience, especially in recent years, even though the Hot Deals have gone up in price, as the club already has your reservation. It's great that visitors get to play a variety of the best courses at discounted rates, that they wouldn't otherwise be aware of.

The course closed for weather reasons last Wednesday 27 August and I am having problems being reimbursed . I have sent many emails and texts , but no sign of the reimbursement . You demand instant payment but are not so quick to return a payment. If I am not reimbursed by tomorrow I will be sharing my displeasure with Glen mill with whom I play weekly and all my golfing pals . I’m sure €68 is not much to your company , but I’m a pensioner .i look forward to you response . Kevin Allwright

Booking tee times is so easy on GolfNow,you select your date and preferred time,how far you want travel,and what you want to pay,then all your choices are there,...what could be easier,

Went to book a tee time for two people and was faced with an apparent error on the payment page. Tried again and still nothing. Turned out that the Golf Now app had malfunctioned and therefore not booked the tee time, however it had taken payment. Rang their customer services team who couldn’t find a tee reservation on my account and told me that they hadn’t charged my credit card either. Anything that was pending would just cancel and not go through. Actually they had charged my card but somehow without even a tee time booking. Even when the golf club (I thought I’d check if they had me booked in) said I did have a tee reservation. I sent proof to the Golf Now team that I had been charged as the payment showed processed and no longer just pending. Still nothing. Basically didn’t believe me and wouldn’t do a refund. Now a week later I’ve had nothing refunded from Golf Now and have had to involve my credit card company to claim the money back for me.
The fault was on the Golf Now app so with them, and should have provided better service when clearly I had not done anything to cause this glitch.

All the tee-times bookings made for recent mini-tour of Ireland worked-out perfectly and were also very good value!

Always try to book through Golf Now, It's a shame that all golf clubs don't join !Brilliant app so easy to access.

Booking my rounds with Golf Now is so easy. Looking in one place and seeing a number of local courses is so convenient, and I have never had any issues when ive arrived for my round. I would recomend Golf Now to anyone.

Saved me a lot of money so far, and I will continue to use it too
