Ordered and item in mid June for a father's day gift and it is July 29th and still have not received it. I had to contact them to see where my order is twice. If they were out of stock they should have told you when you placed your order. AVOID ORDERING IF YOU NEED IT FOR A GIFT. NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU WILL GET IT.

They sent package usps and it was never delivered. I had to re order it and pay extra to get it fed ex 2 day so I would get it in time. They never contacted me to tell me it was shipped back to them

Ordered a couple of pair of golf shoes
Ordered a couple of pair of golf shoes, ( my eight and ninth in the last eighteen months ).The first pair came within two days, as is the norm, unfortunately the second pair were NOT in stock and had to be shipped from the manufacturer. Not a big deal as this occurred in 2016.
When I telephoned to speak about this , (twice ) I was told I would be receiving a call back with details. Of course no such call (s) were ever placed. It is frustrating when you are told one thing, and experience another, but I suppose we ought to expect this.

Recent Order
I ordered some golf balls and my card was charged. I recv'd an email the next day that the balls I wanted were on back order. I called concerned about a credit to my card as the charge was pending. They assured me they sent a credit to the account before I even rec'd the email. No charge to my card and was informed when they rec'd news when the balls would be in. No reservations I will order my items asap.
