What I remember the most about this…
What I remember the most about this transaction was the anxiety that comes from when you're putting your trust into the unknown. Call it blind faith, I took that giant leap and trusted in the process. The transaction was smooth. The communication was the best. My greatest concern was the delivery because I wanted my coins with me. So it was an anxious wait. Living quite rural there was two handovers. At one point it was a bit confusing and I was able to figure it. It arrived in the time frame he said it would and It made it.

We completely understand how delays can be frustrating. In your case, your estimated dispatch date was set for August 11th (listed on your quote/invoice), and we’re pleased to confirm your order was shipped on that same day.
Because of the nature of precious metals, handling and dispatch involve strict security protocols. Only a limited number of trained staff can access and prepare the metals, so scaling up quickly during peak demand isn’t as straightforward as in other industries.
